After seeing all the hype reviews and Facebook post we were disappointed with this one .
Pros : pool quiet easy to get sun beds Breakfast food was good Beds comfy Good shower Mr socks the cat
Cons : given wrong room on arrival . Changed next day to the correct one not ideal but we carry on. Room looked good . Open hot tub and it’s empty and filthy , the guy came and filled it but never cleaned it . Vile .see pics
Room on closer inspection dirty finger marks everywhere .
Gym isn’t fab . Only treadmills for cardio , no bikes etc
Don’t be fooled by 4 a la cartes . They work on a rotating week meaning 4 are never open per night
Reception staff I’m sorry but in all my hotel stays I’ve never seen such miserable people
I found the food especially desserts disappointing all pre packaged stuff .
After contacting booking.com we received some money back after the hotel tried to claim we lied about our room selection and that they only fill up the hot tubs on request . All lies .
We have been to Hurghada numerous times never been ill yet both of us were poorly for 2 days as were others we met
So. Nope we wouldn’t return . Very disappointed.
If you want a good one crystal bay or premier le reve are miles ahead

Honeymoon Vacation
The hotel was so cozy,beautiful,elegant and you can see the artistic design in every corner of the hotel. We took the sea view room and romance jacuzzi room they were spacious clean with perfect view and amentities you willnot need anything in your stay. Mr. Ibrahim in the reception was so welcoming , caring anf helpful, special Thnks for him. I will deginetely go there again and again. Marco

Bliss
Returned a few days ago from having a wonderful relaxing holiday at Kaisol. Met with very courteous staff during check-in which was handled quickly and professionally. We had a sea view room which was lovely as you never get tired of looking all around the bay. The bedroom was very big and well appointed as was the bathroom with separate shower. House keeping kept our room and balcony spotless and was such a nice friendly person as are all the staff here. There is a nice quiet pool at the older building and a much bigger one at the newer building as well as the lovely beach , plenty places to relax in the sun. Lovely promenade to stroll and some shops, pharmacies, supermarket, off licence and there are more outlets getting built, nice and safe to wander around at anytime. There are 5 al a carte restaurants with the Fish restaurant being payable but so reasonably priced. You can dine in those restaurants as many times as you wish if you can get booked. The main buffet restaurant has themed nights every evening and the choice of food is amazing and attention to detail is faultless. Entertainment nightly, singer, dance shows and let's not forget the belly dancers. Music stops at 10.45 bar stays open later but there are other bars to get a drink if you wish. If you like an all singing all dancing hotel I don't think this would be your best choice but for a total relaxation, switch off from the world vibe then I think this hotel is a great choice. All the staff here are a pleasure to meet and if you need anything or help of some description please ask and they will do everything they can to help and make your stay enjoyable. Excellent hotel with excellent staff.
My wife and I visited from 11/09/26 to 25/09/26. We had every relaxed holiday thanks to the wonderful staff. From Reception staff to our housekeeper, restaurant staff and pool attendants they were all extremely attentive and provided a first class service. A special thanks to Ibrahim at reception. In the restaurant thanks to Jimmy and his staff who were exceptional in their service. A huge thanks to the team of chefs and a special thanks to Executive Chef Refaat for his courteous help with any special requirements. All in all a superb hotel which I would strongly recommend.
