Ok lets go .. ill be brutally honest how WE found this hotel . 1st of all weve got a few negatives but we will start with the absolutely brilliant positives . Hotel is absolutely brilliant one of the best weve ever stayed at , the staff are on another level when it comes to spoiling you . Food ..wow . Facilities wow. Entertainment great. Beach ..WOW service absolutely outstanding everything you can ask for is their and more . So you may now ask what are our negatives . Our room when we entered smelt of a bad sewage smell ! When we entered it .. hoping it would pass we said nothing for a few days until we mentioned it to the room staff ! Next day we mentioned it to reception...well get onto it was the reply ...5 / 6 days in got worse wish wed ask for a different room .. we bought air fresheners etc to subdue the smell still stank when we entered !!! Not good . The air con !!!! Wow so loud couldnt sleep with it on ! Turned it off most nights and suffered the heat !! No we didnt complain abouut this but still thought wed mention it to the reviewers But yeah aircon in our room extremely loud !!! So yeah 2 complaints , but 1 complaint WE personally found could have been sorted with more action by the senior management . the smell ! Look this hotel is phenomenal I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it infact yes WE WOULD RETURN its that good ...but if we walked into a room smelling like ours did id refuse it there and then .

Having been to Hurghada many times, this was our first visit to this hotel. It was no disappointment. A great location, approx. 30 mins by car from airport. A superb beach with easy access to water for swimming and snorkelling. The hotel itself was lovely, large area and lifts everywhere. Buffet meals were excellent, as were the various restaurants that you could book for a change of venue. We had no complaints about any of the meals on offer. All staff were very friendly, names I cannot remember, but bar staff and restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful. 2 that stood out were Agnes a beautiful waitress and nothing was any trouble for her. George was also very helpful. There were many more members of staff , names I cannot remember, but also excellent. To the management of this hotel, you should be very proud of the staff you have working for you. As I said this was our first time at this hotel and it will definitely not be our last. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful adult only hotel. The one thing that I did not mention was the evening entertainment. It was really of the highest standard and there were performances every night. The rooms were cleand and big enough. We will be back.

Just returned from a fabulous 11 night break (end of June beginning of July 2026) and we highly recommend this beautiful hotel and it's absolutely amazing staff team if you are looking for a relaxing, friendly holiday.

Beach - stunning.

Hotel - fabulous and spotlessly clean with lovely rooms (good air conditioning too).

Food - absolutely delicious! All of it!

Drinks/Cocktails - pleasantly surprised. Cocktails were lovely and local beer good.

Entertainment - some nights were better than others (all a matter of personal preference) but there were at least two acts on every single evening and some were really good.

Location - great! Next door to Bus Stop Bar if you fancy a change of scenery where the drinks menu is fabulous, food is good, staff are great and there is a pool table, DJ/live entertainment on some nights and sports shown live. Also easy to get to Hurghada Marina (hotel provides shuttle service or taxis can be arranged if you want more flexibility/time to explore the restaurants, bars and shops). Golf buggies are also available for hire, enabling guests to explore the local area in Sahl Hasheesh.

Red flag system - great in theory but does not really work. Vendors from Spa, Juice Bar and Excursions will still try to sell their products/services even when guests are displaying a red flag. We understand they have to earn a living and, after a couple of days politely declining, they left us alone but they really should not be approaching guests displaying a red flag.

Snack Bar - at times got extremely busy and food arrived warm rather than hot on a couple of occasions. This is no reflection on the staff as they all worked really hard but maybe an additional member of staff could be deployed at really busy times - very minor and just a suggestion. Food there still great.

Staff - the absolute best! They make this hotel really special. From the moment we were warmly greeted by Mohammed (on reception) and Moner (who assisted us with our baggage) to the moment we checked out we were treated with kindness, respect and warmth by every single member of staff we had the pleasure to meet. We wish we could name them all as every one of them was fabulous but here are a few special mentions:

Mohammed (reception) - so professional and ensured a maintenance issue with the toilet flush button in our bathroom was sorted within an hour of reporting it.

Moner (concierge) - so pleasant and helpful. Showed us straight to the restaurant after helping us with our luggage on arrival so we could get some food and refreshments after a long day travelling.

Atallah (room cleaning) - what an absolute star! Went above and beyond. Our room was spotless every day and his towel art was so creative and funny! Thank you for making us smile every day. ☺

Hosnny (Lobby bar) - so attentive and polite. Always remembered our drinks and served us with a smile.

Ramadan (lifeguard - main pool) and Bassem (pool bar) - what a pair of absolute superstars! Made sure every guest around the pool area was kept hydrated, comfortable and safe and constantly ensured the main pool area was kept clean, tidy and sanitised. Great banter and fun too. Thank you so much to both of you for making our holiday brighter every day. 🌞

Agnes, Erma and Lovely (buffet restaurant and bar). Always served us with a smile. Beautiful inside and out!

Maged (buffet restaurant and snack bar) - always very attentive, never left us without a drink when we ate in the snack bar at lunch time and worked his socks off in stifling heat at the snack bar - always with a smile. Always greeted us in the buffet restaurant in the evening with such enthusiasm and politeness. Brilliant!

Mohammed, Mohammed and George (buffet restaurant) - always so pleasant even at really busy times. They always took the time to make sure guests were happy and having a great holiday as well as carrying out their duties in the restaurant with a smile. Thank you so much.

Svetlana (Guest Relations) - always making sure all guests were relaxed and happy and made sure highest standards were being met.

Ahmed, Ahmed, Mustafa and Mahmoud (Beach Bar) - busy, busy, busy! All the time! Kept all guests happy and hydrated in soaring temperatures - always with humour and efficiency.

A massive thank you to every member of staff - too numerous to mention them all but every single one of them treated us with respect and helped to make our holiday really special and memorable. We will definitely be back to see you all again!
