Worst hotel in Hurghada
Came for 10 nights as a family of 4. Grounds are beautiful and hotel very clean. That’s where it ends. Food is worse than terrible and alcohol is just the same. Staff at the pool bar serving cooked food and then handling raw chicken, straight back to serving cooked food without changing gloves or washing hands at the least. Staff are very rude especially in jasmine bar, basically if you’re a woman and asking for premium drinks be prepared to be sneered at. I have never experienced what I have in any other hotel anywhere else in the world and certainly will never return. It comes to something when your best experience is meeting the lovely, welcoming taxi staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We have enjoyed many nights at the marina and the locals are lovely. I would never book here again and would never recommend to anyone to book.

Lovely hotel
Really nice hotel where we stayed for 2 weeks. All staff very friendly from the waiters to the cleaners. Even the gardeners always smiling and saying good morning. All the pools were clean and well maintained as were the public area toilets. Gardens were well kept and a joy to walk around. Plenty of food included in the all inclusive stay, always to a good standard. Not repetitive for the whole two weeks, always something different. Good bars located around the complex with good measures. Rooms were spacious and clean. Possibly a bit dated but with tea/coffee, fridge with plenty of bottled water daily. Secure safe for personal valuables. Spa staff all very friendly and certainly not pushy.
