From the very moment we stepped into Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, we were met with true five-star hospitality and breathtaking luxury. The resort itself is magnificent, with stunning architecture, immaculate gardens, crystal-clear pools, and a pristine private beach. However, what truly elevates this resort from great to world-class is the remarkable team of staff members who go above and beyond every single day to ensure guests have a dream vacation. A very special shoutout must go to Michael Kameel, the Front Office Supervisor. Michael was absolutely perfect from start to finish! He greeted us with an amazing, warm smile every single time we saw him, was always ready to help with any request, and demonstrated what genuine high-end hospitality looks like. His professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive attitude made a massive difference in our overall experience. The dining and nightlife experiences were equally outstanding thanks to incredible team members: Kerolles Roshdy (Restaurant): Provided phenomenal service at the restaurant. Always attentive, friendly, and ensured our dining experiences were seamless and enjoyable. Shaban Gamal (Restaurant): Showed outstanding dedication and warmth. His welcoming attitude and prompt service made every meal feel special. Remon Lotfy (Lobby Bar): Crafting great drinks with top-tier service, Remon made our evenings at the lobby bar exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable with his polite and energetic personality. The food variety across the restaurants was fantastic, the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, and the cleanliness throughout the entire property was spotless. Every staff member works tirelessly to keep this palace running smoothly, but Michael Kameel, Kerolles Roshdy, Shaban Gamal, and Remon Lotfy truly made our trip unforgettable. We had a wonderful stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
A special thank you to Bavley from Reception for his outstanding service and warm welcome. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional, and made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. His attention to detail and positive attitude really made a difference.
