Jaz Soma Beach is a very good value-for-money hotel. It has an “intimate” and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. In the evenings, you can hear the animation team and some noise coming from the main square, but it didn’t bother us at all. We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was spacious, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. The food was tasty, although a bit repetitive at times. We really appreciated the hotel’s attention to sustainability — they aim to reduce plastic usage by filtering water and providing 1L glass bottles in the rooms. There is a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, but the minibar is not included. Cleanliness is impeccable. Special thanks to the staff member who cleaned room 1242 every day — everything was spotless, not only in the room but throughout the entire hotel and on the beach as well. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand, clean water, and a smooth entry into the sea. You can even see fish in the clear water, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every day on the beach, the guest relations team personally checked in with guests and made sure any issue was handled promptly. Many thanks to Julia for helping us with the AC issue in room 1242. For us, it was a wonderful stay. We were welcomed by warm, hardworking people who do their job with or without tips and always with a smile. We definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

The hotel is good. It is our 20th visit to Egypt, food is good, room is good, the beach isnt the biggest but the sand is one of the smoothest. But what really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. THEY ARE AMAZING! GOOD JOB TEAM! The biggest shoutout to Shaaban - he s like the road runner. I dont know what the dude eats, but he is on full speed, always smiling and always i mean ALWAYS happy to help! Chapeau sir! You made my wife and I our stay amazing!

My son and I stayed at the Jaz Soma Beach resort from 25th June to 02 July 26. The first thing that you notice is just how friendly and helpful ALL the staff are! I had emailed ahead as my son was going to turn 16 during our stay and Mr Beshoy Albert (reception manager) went out of his way to make our stay special. All members of staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We dined in the main buffet, Egyptian & the Italian and enjoyed all our meals. On my sons birthday they brought out a surprise cake and sang to him. Special thanks to Mr Albert, Shabaan, Hesham & Mohammed from Fayrouz & other members of the hospitality staff. The resort itself is located in a quiet area, will need a taxi to Hurghada. The sandy beach & clear blue sea were wonderful, although busy we always found loungers and were served drinks in no time. The entertainment in evenings was brilliant especially Egyptian night. The way they work 24/7 to keep the resort immaculate & clean is amazing! All in all you should certainly visit Jaz Soma Beach! We will be returning. Thank you for making my sons birthday one to remember!

My wife and I just got back from another week at Jaz Soma Beach and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The whole place is spotless – rooms, pool areas, beach, gardens, restaurants… everything is cleaned and maintained to such a high standard. You can tell the team really takes pride in the hotel.
The staff are what made this trip special though. The animation team work so hard to make sure everyone’s having fun, and a huge shoutout to Mariam who was brilliant. She’s so friendly, energetic, and genuinely cares that guests are enjoying themselves. She made the daytime activities and evening shows something we actually looked forward to.
Restaurant service was top tier too. Special mention to Shaadan – one of the best waiters we’ve come across anywhere. Always smiling and making everyone laugh, remembered our drink orders after day one. He’s a credit to the team.
And the food… wow. Massive variety at the buffet, everything fresh and well presented. Theme nights were excellent, and the quality of the à la carte options was genuinely 5-star. You never get bored eating here.
If you want a clean, tidy resort with amazing food and staff who go above and beyond, book Jaz Soma Beach. Mariam and Shaadan especially made our holiday, but honestly the whole team deserves credit. We are back in September for our 6th visit and our 25th wedding anniversary.

If you want a quiet yet a beautiful place to spend your vacation, this is it. From the check in, great food and drinks, to perfectly spacious and clean rooms to the cozy beach.. everything here is simply wonderful 😊
What stands out the most are the people, always smiling, singing, dancing and making sure your stay is nothing but perfect!
