The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The gardens are kept really manicured. The food is amazing especially when chef Mostafa and Ahmed cook especially for you. The animation team were great fun , very energetic and engaging. The entertainment was good too especially trying to learn Arabic. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Everything was excellent! The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The service exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good with enough variety. The pool and common areas were well maintained. While there is still some room for improvement, the overall experience was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good 4-star stay, and we would be happy to come back again.
