Another Wonderful Stay
Another wonderful stay at Coral Sun Beach. I was well looked after from the moment I checked-in to leaving. This stay was my fourth in less then 12 months. I have also booked to return with my family in October and December this year. I had my room in the block I liked, amazing views! The hotel had over 90% occupancy, yet, I didn't feel uncomfortable. There were plenty of sunloungers on the beach available in front row and around the pool. Queuing for food was minimal. Drinks from the hard working waiters kept the drinks flowing. As it's the culture in Egypt, a small tip during the holiday every now again helps. Their banks don't take coins, so swap notes for Euro coins with the staffs to tip and recycle when run out. It's difficult to single out a staff as they were all excellent but I have to praise, Wagdy, on the reception desk, he had gone above and beyond in helping me, not with complaints, in sorting out my future bookings. I am looking forward in returning soon. Kwok P

Poor management
I would like to share a complaint regarding the reception manager during our recent stay.
We were a group of 14 guests occupying 7 rooms for 5 days and 4 nights. Overall, our experience was very enjoyable, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. This was actually our second visit to Coral Sun Beach, which reflects how much we have appreciated the hotel in the past.
However, on our last day, we requested a late check-out extension of just 1.5 hours because our bus was scheduled to arrive at 1:30 PM. We only asked to keep access to the bar until then. Unfortunately, the reception manager spoke to us in a rude manner and immediately refused the request, insisting that our bracelets had to be cut at 12:00 PM.
Considering that we were a large group of 14 guests who had stayed for several days, I believe allowing us to use the bar for an additional 1.5 hours would have been a simple gesture of goodwill and hospitality. The way the situation was handled left us disappointed and negatively affected an otherwise excellent stay.
I hope management will take this feedback into consideration to improve the guest experience in the future.
Reception manager (Mr.Mohamed) communication issue
This hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront location. Our group of 14 people stayed at Coral Sun Beach for 4 nights across 7 rooms, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were welcoming, attentive, and contributed greatly to making our holiday enjoyable. In fact, this was our second time staying at the resort, which speaks to how much we have valued our previous experiences here. The only issue arose on the day of departure. Since our transportation was scheduled for 1:30 PM, we politely asked whether it would be possible to extend our access to the hotel's facilities for an additional 90 minutes after the standard check-out time. We were not requesting continued use of the rooms only access to the bar while waiting for our bus. Unfortunately, the reception manager handled the situation in a manner that we found unfriendly and dismissive. Our request was immediately rejected, and we were informed that our wristbands would be removed at exactly 12:00 PM without any flexibility. Given that we were a relatively large group and had spent several days at the hotel, a short extension of access to the bar would have felt like a reasonable gesture of hospitality. While this was a small matter, the way it was addressed left us disappointed and overshadowed what had otherwise been a very pleasant stay. I hope this feedback is received constructively and helps enhance the guest experience for future visitors.
