⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More Than a Hotel — Exceptional Hospitality That Makes You Want to Return, and Mahmoud Is the Reason We’ll Come Back!
Choosing Radisson Porto Ghalib, Marsa Alam was more than just choosing a hotel—it was choosing an experience worth returning to. This was our second stay, and once again, the experience was truly exceptional.
I would especially like to recognize Mr. Mahmoud Ali at the Pool Bar. Mahmoud is not simply an excellent employee; he is a remarkable human being who naturally sets a high standard for hospitality and tourism marketing without even the slightest effort.
His genuine kindness, professionalism, positive personality, and natural way of interacting with guests create an outstanding image of the resort. He does not need a sales pitch or any promotional effort—he promotes the hotel simply by being himself.
Without pressure, without trying to sell anything, and without any artificial approach, Mahmoud makes guests feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely connected to the place. This is the kind of hospitality that creates real guest loyalty.
In my opinion, Mahmoud represents exactly what every successful hotel needs: a great human being whose personality and service become a powerful form of tourism marketing.
I sincerely hope that the Radisson management will recognize, appreciate, and reward Mahmoud for the exceptional value he brings to the resort. Employees like him are a true asset and deserve to be celebrated.
If we come for a third stay, Radisson Porto Ghalib—and Mahmoud in particular—will certainly be one of the main reasons for our return.

Amazing relaxing time
I had an absolutely amazing time, the food was fantastic, the room's view was second to none , the hotel was so relaxing and calm, the staff were amazing people and were so nice, i defenitely recommend going there as i would absolutely go there again next year

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Amazing service and a great overall experience. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience.
