The food was awesome, fresh and delicious, the room was clean everyday and I have some “favorite” people. 😊 In the restaurant Khaled was so kind and fast with the drinks. Abanoub in the restaurant as well was so smiley, and fast! Mostafa in the beach bar, Beshoy in the launch bar. Everybody was so kind, lovely and friendly! I can recommend everything!

great hotel for its price
I have already stayed at this hotel four times, and I would really like to recommend it.
Location
The hotel is located only about 10 minutes from the airport, which is already a big advantage.
Even though the hotel is not very large, there are still places to walk around and spend your free time in the evening. For example, there are many restaurants along the promenade where you can enjoy shisha, cocktails, and food.
There is also a small market on the hotel grounds where you can buy souvenirs, sweets, and other treats.
The beach is about a 5-minute walk from the reception. I highly recommend bringing swimming or snorkeling masks with you. The coral reef in the sea is incredible, with many different kinds of fish, and it is very interesting to watch them.
Rooms
The rooms are clean, and housekeeping comes every day. They bring drinking water and also make different figures out of towels.
Food
There are themed dinners every day. For a one-week holiday, the food does not become boring, but for me and my boyfriend, the overall selection felt a little limited.
Staff and Service
A special thank you to the waiter Khaled. He is a very friendly guy, always greets us and smiles.
In general, all the staff are very professional. We never had any problems with them. Everyone is very friendly and calm, and they do not hesitate to ask you many times during the day how you are doing and whether everything is okay.
Cons
One downside is that there are many annoying flies on the beach and around the swimming pool.
I would also separately mention the animation team, which was not very active. There were many activities listed in the animation program, but the only thing we actually saw was people playing volleyball by themselves. We hardly saw the animators during the day at all.
For me and my boyfriend, this was not a problem, but it is something to keep in mind if hotel entertainment and activities are important to you.
Amazing experience with Khaled !
Really lovely experience all hotel staff were super warm and welcome, Khaled from the hospitality staff was the absolute best and really stood out to us! We came with friends who have visited this hotel before and made friends with Khaled. He looked after us really well and made us feel really welcome.
Khaled
Khaled provided an excellent service throughout our stay, looking after us at breakfast, lunch and dinner. He was always very helpful, friendly and welcoming, and every time we saw him he greeted us with a brilliant attitude and managed to make us laugh.
He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and made our experience even more enjoyable. We’re very grateful for all his hard work and kindness. Thank you, Khaled!
