We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options every day. The pools, beach, and all hotel facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained.
The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a family vacation. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!
The hotel was beautiful and features spacious areas, extending from the reception to the lobby. Naturally, the very large swimming pool was a fantastic plus. We stayed in the Dune area with a garden view; our group of eight was split across four rooms. A shuttle bus provided quick transport to the beach throughout the day—even late at night—with the ride taking no more than five minutes. The beach was spacious, though it got quite lively after 9:00 AM. The seawater was clean; between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, when there were few other guests around, we could spot schools of fish, and even a stingray, a pufferfish, and a stargazer on the seabed. The food was excellent and varied. If you wish to book a table at the à la carte restaurants, you need to do so in advance or, at the latest, on the day of your arrival. We had a truly wonderful experience at the French restaurant, though the Oriental restaurant serving Lebanese cuisine (Agora—actually an open-air terrace) and the seafood restaurant (Ariel) were also great. The staff were helpful and very attentive. A standout staff member was the person in charge of the children's pool and the surrounding area near the main pool bar (where snacks were served from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM). We had excellent interactions with the Guest Relations team and also indulged in some lovely spa treatments—such as facial and body refreshers, pedicures, and manicures—at negotiated prices. We experienced no noise issues in any of the rooms; everything was always well-prepared, and we even had a TV channel in our native language.
A great resort that we would recommend and visit again. The hotel was great in terms of location about 40 mins on shared transfer from airport. Greeted by staff and welcome drinks and shown to room. We had a room in main building which was great with lovely views. We travelled with one child and one infant and great size for us. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned well. Thanks to Nahir for that. (Hope that’s right) Great celebratory towel design on bed and gifts in room for anniversary. The guest relations team is great and convenient to be able to WhatsApp them with any queries and questions. They always check in to make sure been completed too. The entertainment team were okay. Not as present as have been in other hotels and didn’t see like an opening dance routine or anything like that. Night entertainment was mainly good with big shows if wanted it but also quieter chilled in the sky bar but is not air con as open air. Staff very friendly and attentive and can’t do enough for you. Yes restaurant gets busy but staff will always help find a table for you so was never queuing. À la cartes were lovely - with tried Turkish and Italian and would recommend. Turkish lovely with all the mezes. Kids club was plentiful although we didn’t leave our 5 yr old there as didn’t feel it was very safe and secure. We went a couple of times and I stayed with them. Carolina in there was a great person and our 5 yr old loved her. Made stay really special and made sure at mini disco told us what to expect next day so not to miss anything. Also gave our girl some gifts on last day too. Beach is lovely for families with sloping water and a little reef that’s walking distance and not too deep. Snorkelling was a hit. Would return and recommend.

Negatives
Overall, we had a very enjoyable family holiday. The resort offers excellent facilities, great food, and outstanding staff, with only a few areas that could be improved.
