a great stay at sunrise
Atmosphere & Grounds Impeccably clean, beautifully landscaped, and designed for total relaxation. The layout makes navigating the resort effortless whether heading to the pool or the beach. rooms also was great they clean it everyday animtion also is good
Great vacation at Tucana
I stayed at Sunrise Tucana with my family recently, and honestly, we had a really great time.
Everything was better than we expected — the food, rooms, restaurants, bars, animation, parties, and especially the staff. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and always willing to help. You can really feel that the staff care about the guests and want you to enjoy your holiday.
I want to mention some people who really made our stay special:
At Reception, a big thank you to Mr. Mahmoud Samir, Mr. Islam, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Mahmoud for always being helpful and welcoming.
At Lucina Restaurant, thank you to Mr. Rabea, Mr. Samer, Mr. Abdelrahman, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Mostafa, Mr. Mahmoud and Ms. Warda. And a special mention for Mr. Mahrous — always smiling and honestly one of the nicest people we met during our stay.
The team at Yadis Restaurant were also great. Thank you all for the excellent service.
At Gaia Restaurant, thank you so much to the team for helping us celebrate my daughter’s and my wife’s birthdays. You made the dinner really special for us.

The Animation Team were also fantastic. Mido, Tito, Hazem and JoJo — thank you guys for all the energy and fun. We attended Bedouin Night, Pink Party, Boho Party and Latin Night, and we really enjoyed every single one. The parties were different, well organized and a lot of fun.
Also, thank you to everyone at Yadis Bar, Anjoum Bar and Gitano Bar for the great service.
And of course, thank you to Mokhtar from Room Service for always taking care of everything.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable family holiday. We felt comfortable, welcomed and looked after throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel, attentive staff and a lovely family stay! 🇪🇬
Stayed at this hotel with my dad and sister, and overall we had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with so many picturesque spots - perfect for photos.
The à la carte restaurants on site were lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was also plenty of choice when it came to food, including the Greek Restaurant, which served breakfast, lunch and dinner, so there was always something available to suit everyone.
A special mention has to go to the staff at Lucina, who were fantastic throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their friendly service really made a difference to our experience.
We also want to give a huge thank you to our cleaner, Muhammad, in Block 21. He consistently went above and beyond for us and was always so helpful. His attention to detail and kindness deserves recognition!
If I had to mention a couple of areas for improvement, I would say that the Tucana Beach could be a little bigger, particularly to provide more space for guests wanting to sunbathe. We also would have loved to see more traditional entertainment during our stay, but on that note, it was still enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would happily return. The beautiful surroundings, excellent food and, most importantly, the lovely staff made our stay very memorable. ❤️

Overrated
Beach is overcrowded. Has the feel of a public beach. Wi-Fi is terrible. Budget hotels have better Wi-Fi. Reception area lobby is so small. If 2 families enter it’s overcrowded. Food is mainly international. Limited Egyptian option. Entertainment not good. Air con is so noisy - hard to sleep. Bed /mattress is so hard. It’s okay hotel at best. Not ultra luxury
Amazing Experience and beautiful facilities
Amazing experience - all the staff are very friendly and it makes foe a brilliant holiday. This is my 12th time here with family and would come again in a heartbeat!
