Best entertainment team
The experience was wonderfull 🥰 The rooms was clean and the food was very good. The entertainment team is engaged, and this adds great value to the hotel.
Amazing
We Visited this beautiful hotel last week & was absolutely blown away with how amazing everything was.
The staff are so kind and friendly they really go above & beyond to ensure you are having a good time. Special mention to Mohammed, Beso & Miley from the animation team they are amazing, I especially enjoyed the olympics games.
Mohamed from the hotel taxi service always has a smile on his face and made us laugh every time.
One moment really summed this place up as my girlfriend didn’t like her coffee but it wasn’t a problem we didn’t complain or make a fuss around 60 seconds later the hotel general managers (sherif) came over to check why we didn’t like the coffee & explained getting a coffee from the bar rather than the machines would be better (we didn’t notice there was a coffee machine behind the bar) this level of customer service/management is excellent we was really impressed they came over as they wasn’t even in the room
Along with the grounds being stunning there is so much to do restaurants/bars/pools its own beach the sister hotel Alma has a great water park it was so much fun.
Overall this place i can’t fault I would definitely visit again

An absolutely wonderful resort! Beautiful green surroundings, saltwater pools, comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, and delicious, high-quality food with plenty of variety. But above all, what makes this place truly special is its kind and welcoming staff.
I absolutely loved the fitness classes with Julie and Malik – they were fantastic!
In the restaurant, the waiters and chefs always made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. A special thank you to Shazly, who was always joking with my eight-year-old son and me and who treated my son with genuine warmth and respect. For children, it means a lot when they are seen as individuals rather than simply as an extension of their parents. Shazly, greetings to you, and thank you once again for your wonderful hospitality!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
We stayed at Serenity Alpha Beach in Hurghada for five days and had an absolutely wonderful experience.
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food offered a great variety with very good quality throughout our stay.
A special highlight was the animation team. They did an amazing job creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere and encouraging guests to participate in the activities without being pushy. Their enthusiasm, energy, and friendliness made every activity enjoyable and added a lot to our holiday experience.
The entire hotel was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly. We honestly could not find anything to complain about. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional.
We highly recommend Serenity Alpha Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Hurghada. We would definitely come back!

Amazing hotel staff. Food was fantastic, varied and suitable for all eating preferences. The entertainment team were brilliant, hilarious and such cool people. Mohamed and his team put every last drop of their energy into the daytime and evening activities, including pool parties, foam parties, morning hikes and much more. This type of holiday made the holiday for me. Restaurant staff, cleaners, everyone was friendly and so helpful. The facilities were top tier, with amazing gardens alongside the numerous pools. The private beach was also fantastic; rock pools, and a pier for snorkeling which was amazing looking at all the fish and coral reefs. I would love to return next year!
