An Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended
We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. From start to finish, we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, beautiful location, cleanliness, and excellent food. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
The à la carte restaurants were also a big plus and truly excellent. We enjoyed the Indian restaurant the most – the food was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
A huge compliment also goes to the animation team, who created a wonderful atmosphere throughout our entire stay. They were constantly organizing activities, involving guests, and making every day more enjoyable with their great energy. We would especially like to highlight Joli, who radiated an incredible amount of positive energy. She was always smiling, kind, and friendly, and thanks to her, we enjoyed the activities and our entire stay even more. 😊
A big thank you to the whole team for a wonderful holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again someday! ❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful holiday – made special by an amazing team!
We had a truly wonderful time at SRNTY Sea Reef and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
The absolute highlight for us was the animation team! ❤️ A very special mention goes to JOLI ❤️, who did an amazing job. She radiates pure energy and joy, and her positive spirit is simply contagious. Her Aqua Zumba sessions will definitely be unforgettable – SPLASH! 💦😂 Miley, Coco and Zizou were also always enthusiastic, friendly and fully engaged. You really made our holiday special!
We also really enjoyed the daytime entertainment. The Flyboard Show, Pink Party and Foam Party were some of our favorite events and created such a fun holiday atmosphere. 🩷🥳 The evening entertainment was enjoyable as well, although we think it could be a little more varied, as many of the evening shows were mainly dance shows. Overall, however, we still had a great time.
We were also very happy with the food, especially at Baywatch. The food there was delicious, varied, and we always enjoyed eating there.
Our renovated room 2209 was another big plus (no elevator, but this was good for us). It was comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped – there was honestly nothing we were missing.
The beach itself is probably one of the areas with the most room for improvement. In our opinion, it is not ideal for swimming directly from the shore and the beach area is in need of renovation. However, we were told that this area will be renovated and improved step by step in the near future. The big advantage is the jetty, which gives you direct access to an absolutely beautiful reef. 🤿🐠 It is a true snorkeling paradise and was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday!
We also appreciated that our feedback was taken seriously. The hotel manager took the time to personally sit down with us and go through the points we had mentioned. He explained that several parts of the resort, including the beach area, are going to be gradually renovated and modernized.
A huge thank you also goes to Mr. Mansour, our “towel man” 😄, and to Adel, aka Cristiano Ronaldo one of aur favorite waiters 😂❤️. You were always friendly, attentive and managed to put a smile on our faces every day.
Of course, there are still a few areas where the resort can improve, but the wonderful memories, atmosphere and especially the people clearly outweigh those points for us.

Another point worth mentioning is that the neighboring sister hotel, Serenity Alpha Heights, offers much more for children, including a small amusement park and a water park. As a result, many families and children tend to spend their time there. This means that SRNTY Sea Reef itself feels surprisingly calm and almost like an adults-only resort at times, which we personally really enjoyed. It’s a great combination: families have plenty of entertainment for their kids nearby, while Sea Reef maintains a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
We would happily come back!

Best holiday ever
This was our best holiday so far! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The variation of food was amazing, and very tasty. Also the choice of Al Carte restaurants were really really nice. I am already missing the Italian restaurant 🫣
The guy cleaning our room (3229) (05-15 September), he would clean everyday and make it look like how it was when we first arrived. Topping up the fridge with cans of pop, beer, wine and water. And giving us a chuckle every-time we would return to our room with a different towel creation (they were really good)
The guys at the essential oil shop were so so friendly and catered to our wants and needs.
We went on a boat trip snorkelling (best thing I’ve ever experienced) and booked quad biking (twice! We enjoyed it that much) through the hotel. While quad biking our guide took us to some amazing views and took pictures for us off our personal phones.
The staff on the bar are also very good. We were drinking Tequila Sunrises, but my boyfriend doesn’t like Tequila so they catered to him to make ‘Sex in the beach’ even though it wasn’t on the list of choice of drinks.
Lastly, the animation team! They were INCREDIBLE! I took part in water aerobics a few time and Zumba and it was so much fun. They create such good energy while around the pool area even the DJ with the amazing song choices that was chosen for everyone travelling from different countries. The nighttime entertainment was also so much fun and they try their absolute best to get everyone involved. It was also nice that we could go over to the hotel over the road (Serenity Alma) to watch shows at night. One of the days when we were there, they had a ‘Pink Party’ and it was so nice to see the Animation team get in the pool and join in. Thank you to every single one of use making our holiday one not to forget and thank you so much for the entertainment.

Good Holiday Experience- Some Pros and Cons
We had a nice holiday at Srnty Alpha Beach Hotel and overall had a pleasant stay.
A few important tips before you go: Especially worth mentioning: the staff members on the transfer bus that takes you from the airport to the hotel may ask you for a tip, as if they have provided some kind of extra service or effort. Please do not feel obliged to give one. You are not required to tip.
Also, if you go outside the hotel and want to buy something, do not immediately accept the first price you are given. Definitely negotiate and insist on a lower price. You can be sure that you can often buy the item for much less than the price initially quoted.
Positive aspects: The hotel has a good number of swimming pools, so there are plenty of options depending on what you are looking for. Our room, the corridors and balconies were cleaned daily. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather. The minibar was also refilled every day.
Things that could be improved: The animation team is present, but we found the entertainment programme rather limited and not particularly engaging. The variety of food could also be improved. In addition, there were some dishes where we were not completely comfortable regarding hygiene, so this could definitely receive more attention.
If you are staying for 7 days or longer, I would recommend trying the à la carte restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant may leave you disappointed, at least based on our experience.
Important tip about drinking water: I strongly recommend that you do not drink tap water during your stay. Bottled water is readily available in your room, around the pools and in the restaurants whenever you need it. Personally, I would even recommend using bottled water when brushing your teeth. You definitely do not want a stomach problem to ruin your holiday.
If you are staying on an upper floor, keep in mind that we did not see elevators in any of the buildings. Depending on your room location, there can also be quite a lot of walking. If you have difficulties with walking, it is worth considering this when choosing your room. For example, if your room is closer to the sea, the main building and main restaurant may be quite far away.
Another point we noticed was the amount of sales activity around the hotel. We were frequently approached by people trying to sell various products or services, even around the Relax Pool. After a while, this became a little tiring. The selection of alcoholic drinks was also quite limited, and we did not find the quality particularly good.
I would also like to mention something specifically about the shops selling beach and sea-related products. There are two shops: one is right by the sea, and we had no problem recommending this one. The other is located next to the large pool, among the other shops. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience there. The staff member spoke to us quite rudely, and when we found the price of a product too expensive, he responded in a dismissive manner, essentially saying that it did not matter to him whether we bought it or not. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this particular shop.
One final tip when leaving the hotel: Someone may ask you to exchange their coins for banknotes before you leave. If you agree to do this, make sure to count your money carefully and check that the full amount has been returned to you.
Despite these points, we had a good holiday and enjoyed our time at the hotel. I would say it is definitely worth visiting at least once and experiencing it for yourself. However, based on our personal experience, it is not a hotel we would necessarily choose to visit repeatedly.
