Serenity Fun City is a 8-minute walk from the beach and located on the west bank of the Red Sea in the area of Makadi Bay. One of the most striking features is the Theme Park, a unique amusement park in the Red Sea Region, including the Aqua Park with a variety of water slides and pools for all age ranges, Luna park with various games, kids club, children's playgrounds, video games room and 6D cinema. The accommodation will provide you with a satellite TV, minibar, in room safe; each room has a balcony or terrace with different views. Private bathroom with shower comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. In the Serenity Fun City you will find a shared beach area with sister hotel Serenity Makadi Beach and a tennis court. This Resort offers a main buffet restaurant an a la carte restaurants - Italian, Asian, as well as food court and 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with an aqua park view.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our vacation.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Ziad at the reception desk. He was extremely welcoming, highly professional, and clearly very experienced. His kindness and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to congratulate the hotel management for selecting outstanding employees like him.
I would also like to thank Ahmed from the Housekeeping team. He was very professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
If I may mention one small point for improvement, it would be that the room could benefit from some renovation and updating. However, this did not affect our overall experience, which was excellent.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning again in the future.
Tilly was the best
Tilly our entertainment team at hotel serenity was amazing she helped kids and they loved her so much doing all games and the whole team was really good but tilly went above and beyond.
A relaxing 10 day stay, excellent hotel!!
We stayed here in March with our 2 and 4 year old for 10 days We had a really good time overall, the kids loved the entertainment and the staff were very friendly.
Food was great there was a different cuisine each night, we did also use the à la carte restaurants and found these to be excellent and great service, we did find it hard to book the hotels through the app as the WiFi didn’t support the app very well, we did highlight this to customer relations.
There was lots of choice of food at lunchtime too with the snack bar where you could order pizza, burgers, salad or the buffet restaurant. As well as the ice cream stall.
Rooms were nice and big but the decor around the hotel including the funfair is a bit run down, so I guess they will be due a refresh soon.
The evening entertainment was great a mixture of kids disco and shows in the theatre, they also had a singer in the hotel by the buffet restaurant at night. The funfair was really good too and we found it really hard to use up all the tokens too, so it’s really good value.
We did book a boat trip around the three islands which we loved, it was a great day out and the children really enjoyed it!!
We would highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future, a big shoutout to Karmel in the main restaurant he was a brilliant waiter and really looked after us at breakfast and dinner!! He really does work hard and made our stay!! Thank you ☺️

Alma heights
We don’t even know where to start with this place! What an amazing hotel. We had the best experience for our first trip to Egypt and couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the moment we arrived, all the staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard, and everything was always spotless. The food was great with plenty of choice at every meal, so there was always something different to try. The hotel itself was beautiful, with lovely pools, well-kept gardens, and a great atmosphere throughout the day.
The waiters also deserve a special mention. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Their service was excellent throughout our stay and really added to the overall experience.
There was always something going on thanks to the entertainment team. Everything was so well organised, and there were activities for all ages, so there was never a dull moment. The evening entertainment was also fantastic, with something different every night, giving everyone something to look forward to after dinner. It really made every evening enjoyable and added so much to our holiday.
A special mention has to go to Sami and Julia. They were both so friendly, welcoming, and full of energy. We got on really well with them, and they were always happy to help with anything, whether it was around the hotel or recommending places to visit outside the resort. They really made our holiday extra special.
We honestly can’t wait to come back. We were so sad to leave, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone for making our first holiday in Egypt one we’ll never forget. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday!
