Serenity Fun City is a 8-minute walk from the beach and located on the west bank of the Red Sea in the area of Makadi Bay. One of the most striking features is the Theme Park, a unique amusement park in the Red Sea Region, including the Aqua Park with a variety of water slides and pools for all age ranges, Luna park with various games, kids club, children's playgrounds, video games room and 6D cinema. The accommodation will provide you with a satellite TV, minibar, in room safe; each room has a balcony or terrace with different views. Private bathroom with shower comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. In the Serenity Fun City you will find a shared beach area with sister hotel Serenity Makadi Beach and a tennis court. This Resort offers a main buffet restaurant an a la carte restaurants - Italian, Asian, as well as food court and 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with an aqua park view.

It was my first time in this hotel and me and my family really like it every thing is nice all the restaurants has good food clean food nice people the drinks are great the rooms clean to everyone treats you good they has multiple options in food western Asian … the pool is clean we liked the mango festival , I liked the bar the kids park and the aqua park really organized the kids are safe really enjoyed it we recommend it 💖

Great holiday experience!
We can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with plenty of attractions, a great water park, good service, and the opportunity to enjoy both an active holiday and some relaxing time.
When it comes to food, there was a really wide selection and everyone could find something they liked. Breakfast was quite similar every day, but there was still a good variety to choose from. Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, were much more varied. A big advantage is also the possibility to enjoy six à la carte restaurants: Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Andalusian, Indian, and Moroccan.
We were also very happy with the service. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always willing to respond to guests’ needs. The rooms were cleaned every day.
However, the biggest highlight of the hotel for us was definitely the entertainment. The animators are active from early morning until the evening, full of energy, and constantly involve guests in different activities. There are so many different activities and attractions that it is really difficult to get bored at the hotel.
There are also souvenir shops within the hotel, which is very convenient.
There are plenty of sun loungers, and we never felt that we had to “reserve” one. If there is a higher demand, the staff simply add more loungers.
The beach itself is nice and has its own charm. It is sandy and there is also a beach bar serving drinks. You can get to the beach by the hotel shuttle bus, which runs very frequently, or you can walk there – it takes around 15 minutes.
The sea near the beach is relatively shallow, and the entrance to the water is rocky. There is also a jetty from which you can enter deeper water and go diving or snorkeling.
Overall, this is definitely a hotel where it is difficult to get bored!

It was perfect.
The atmosphere was nice and peaceful with really helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and a good view on the balcony. The food was perfect and had a wide variety of food. The animation team was always full of energy and always kept us happy. The slides were amazing. The animation person who did the darts deserves a special shout out as she was always speaking to us, kept us happy, and always made us enjoy our time.

Nice place to stay
It was a great time spent at serenity Alma heights 👍big and clean territory with a lot of things to do for kids and adults ,nice atmosphere, good and various food. Very nice and friendly guys from Animation team offer you activities of any kind So you won’t get bored 😉 Definitely will recommend this place
Fantastic great holiday
Its our last few hours here and it has been amazing. From reception staff to the animation team/ bar staff and especially our cleaner abdullah who went above and beyond making sure we was well taken care off and our room was imaculate we even left a expensive necklace and sunglasses in the room before check out and he came and found us to give them back. Food was amazing always something even for my fussy 9 year old pools are always clean and the slides are fantastic its been an amazing week our first time in egypt and we have already booked to come back
