The room service was very good. The Room was always cleaned fast. Big praise to Nageh. Je did a very good job at holding our Room 3232 clean and tidy.
Super holiday
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday—our fifth time at this hotel (we are generally very happy with Jaz hotels in Egypt). The service was excellent, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The premises were clean, and the room was spacious and cleaned daily. We really enjoyed the food, drinks, and coffee; the selection of dishes was incredible. We didn't use the pool or the water park this time, as we spent every day of our stay at the beach—which we consider the best in Egypt, as it allows for both swimming and snorkeling directly from the shore, as well as snorkeling from the jetty. Beach services were also great. We would certainly return to this hotel anytime.
A perfect relaxing holiday
Just back from our second visit to this hotel. It was every but as good as the first visit. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The gardens are beautiful and well maintsined. The food is great, there were so many choices at each mealtime. The drinks were very good. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The beach was lovely and the snorkeling from the beach was amazing.

Amazing
WE loved the hotel everything about it was amazing, if we had one negative comment it is that we did not get the attention/service the same as the German guests, there were only a handful of English in the hotel, but saying that the staff were second to none.
