Lovely clean friendly hotel. Beach was great and being able to snorkel around the reefs off the beach was great. Room spacious and clean. Good good. No sun bed issues. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be returning

This is the hotel we've found all pleasures we could imagine. Cosy rooms, excellent meals, great pools, beatutiful and clean beach, perfect coctails and so friendly staff! We will definatelly return soon.

Our holiday at Jaz Makadina was a great experience from start to finish, and we can recommend this resort with a clear conscience to anyone looking for quality service, a great atmosphere, and professional staff.

The biggest praise definitely goes to Abdel, the waiter. We have never encountered such an attitude, willingness, and positive energy. He was always smiling, attentive, and his approach to children was simply amazing. He was constantly coming up with jokes and little tricks to make them laugh. It was clear that he truly enjoys his job and does it from the heart. It is people like Abdel who turn a holiday into an unforgettable experience.

We were also very pleasantly surprised by the shopping arcade near the hotel. Every other week, there is a festival with a lovely atmosphere, music, and stalls, so even the evening walks had their own charm.

While the sea was a bit cooler in the morning, it warmed up beautifully to a very pleasant temperature in the afternoon. If you love snorkeling, we definitely recommend swimming out to the outer side of the coral reef. Right there, we saw beautiful anemones with "Nemos" and, just a bit further, the famous blue fish "Dory". The marine life was truly beautiful.

The food was excellent. The selection of dishes was very varied, and every evening was dedicated to a different themed cuisine, so there was always something new to discover. The desserts were literally out of this world, and picking just one was almost impossible.

On the second day, our room's air conditioning broke down, but the service was incredibly fast. A technician arrived within ten minutes, and the problem was resolved. This is exactly how I picture a professional approach.

We were also pleasantly surprised that even around 10:00 AM, it was still easy to find free sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach, which is not always a given in popular resorts.

Every evening featured an interesting program or a themed event, so there was always something to look forward to even after sunset.

On the beach, we were very pleased that the tour and service vendors were not pushy. A polite "No, thank you" was enough, and they left without any pressure. On the contrary, the beach service was fantastic. Waiters regularly walked among the sunbeds, asking if we needed anything or if we would like a drink. You truly felt like a guest who was excellently taken care of.

To sum it all up, Jaz Makadina clearly prides itself on service quality and guest satisfaction. Throughout our stay, waiters, chefs, reception staff, cleaners, and other employees asked if we were satisfied. It was obvious that they truly care about feedback and want guests to feel as comfortable as possible.

We left with the feeling that we had experienced one of our best holidays. Thank you to the entire hotel team, especially Abdel, and we already know that we will be very happy to return.
