Guests of neighboring hotels will cross the resort for a spa treatment but all you will have to do is step out the front door.Only 30 km away from Hurghada Airport the resort is easy to access but admittedly difficult to leave. Of course you can not blame guests for getting attached. Between the on site pampering incredible water sport scene and tantalizing rhythms of the Souk Makadi nightlife you have got the makings for a holiday that lasts. With so many wonderful things going for it. it is no wonder that Jaz Makadi Star and Spa has won so many industry awards in the past few years.

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday!
This was our first time visiting Egypt and I’m Jaz Makadi Star & Spa. Hotel and staff exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the grounds, pools, spa etc is impeccable!
Food is absolutely delicious, such a high standard and everything is so fresh and always a great selection. Best we have ever had at an ‘All Inclusive’ Hotel.
All staff work so hard, are so friendly and professional at all times. Beach was stunning, great coral reefs to snorkel around with vast amounts of tropical fish. We used the spa twice, for massages, once at the beginning of our holiday & then on our last day. Absolutely brilliant deep tissue and classic massages from Kristen & Janet, thank you ladies they were much needed!❤️
We are just home and already planning our next trip back again. Thank you Jaz Makadi Star & Spa for a fantastic time.
Our 2 week stay at Jaz Makadi star and spa
The hotel staff spa and food didnt dissapoint at all. We were throughly spoilt. The staff are so hard working and so cheerful and couldn't do enough to make sure your stay was all you ever dreamed of and some. The room although slightly dated had lots of charm and so comfortable lots of hot water and our room service cleaner was excellent. We will definitely visit again.

Utterly fabulous
Utterly fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed for a relaxing holiday. The service is second to none. Staff are beyond helpful. Food is outstanding especially around the pool. Front desk , pool area and restaurant staff were amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat. I was unwell while there ( not connecting to hotel) and was brought chicken broth soup to my room . Just because one of the staff in restaurant noticed I wasn't there . Highly recommend

Hotel was lovely staff was lovely nice and clean food choice was ok was alway something for us to eat pool snacks was lovely but the price for the spa treatment was expensive and defo don’t book the quad and buggy experience as that was terrible too far away in hot weather isn’t good quads broke down seat belts in the jeeps don’t work and kept coming out which was unsafe wen going over the Desert We asked to be took back to hotel early

Be careful with water / ice!
Excellent service overall (especially restaurant and pool area), but my friend and I both came down with severe diarrhea starting on the third day. We don't usually have sensitive stomachs, so we suspect it might have been the hotel's purified water or ice. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't very helpful once we got sick—medical care isn't free, and you have to get your medication from an outside pharmacy yourself. First time visiting Egypt? Be prepared for Pharaoh's Revenge.
