Well run operation.
Yes, tipping is expected, so manage your money. In truth, they deserve it. Yes, some portions of the beach are rocky - find a portion that isn’t (to the right of the lifeguard) or bring those swimming shoes which will also come in handy at the water park. Everything else is awesome. Good people, good times.

Wonderfulfamily vacation with a true feeling of home.
Rating: 5/5 – Wonderful family vacation with a true feeling of home! We stayed at Jaz Makadi Saraya with our child, and our impressions are fantastic. The resort offers plenty of amenities and is exceptionally family-friendly. Most of the staff are so helpful, smiling, and warm-hearted that from day one, we felt like we were visiting close friends or family. The food is excellent—there are two main restaurants with a rich buffet and four a la carte restaurants offering a great selection of dishes to suit everyone's taste. I would especially like to praise the team members who made our stay perfect: Muhamed from housekeeping – extremely hardworking, attentive, and meticulous; our room was always spotlessly clean. Receptionist Mina Sary – highly professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The only drawback was the staff at the beach food court. They frequently showed dissatisfaction and, judging by their facial expressions, made negative comments—not just to us, but to other guests as well—which slightly ruined the otherwise great impression. Nevertheless, the resort complex is beautiful, the overall experience was great, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Holiday at a wonderful resort
We have just returned home from 10 days at this amazing resort with or 11 year old niece & family & we all loved everything about our stay.
Our room may not have been the most modern but was very clean, tidy and comfortable and aircon was great. Our room was in a great location right by reception, restaurant and main pool. WiFi was pretty good throughout the resort.
Food was good not the biggest selection but there was always an option for everyone and something available to grab all day.
Pools were beautiful and well maintained as were the rest of the hotel grounds - staff constantly cleaning and doing maintenance to keep it looking beautiful.
Never had an issue getting sunbeds, even with 5 of us which made a welcome change to many resorts. This hotel being slightly smaller than some made it this way and it was lovely.
Beach was beautiful and sea very easy to access about 5-6 minute walk from hotel reception just across the road, again plenty of sunbeds and staff bringing drinks and places to get food all day x
Now to the best part, the most lovely, kind, helpful lovely staff. From the barman, waiters, cleaners to reception staff. All always so kind & helpful and always with a smile on their faces even at the end of a very long, hot day working so hard and they all made such an effort to make you feel special.
Big shout out especially to Tayeb & Mohammed who were just fantastic working round the Cabaret pool and made our holiday x we love you guys 🙂❤️, and to Mowan, Tarek, Ali & Mohammed in the lobby bar who were as equally lovely and made us smile every day and they were all absolutely brilliant with our 11 year old niece she loved all of them x

Fantastic family holiday – we’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have just returned from an amazing family holiday at Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The resort itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and amenities that cater for all ages. There was always something to do, from the fantastic entertainment team keeping everyone engaged throughout the day and evening to the lovely pools and relaxing atmosphere.
The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. Every meal offered something different, and there was always something for everyone in our family to enjoy.
What really made our holiday special, though, was the outstanding service from the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to Ashraf, Tayeb, Mona, Mohamed and Kamel, who were all exceptional and made our stay even more memorable with their kindness, professionalism and genuine friendliness.
It’s the people who make this resort stand out, and their attention to detail made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
We had such a wonderful family holiday and made memories that will last a lifetime. We would highly recommend Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled holiday with fantastic food, superb entertainment and truly exceptional service.
