10/10 staff and whole stay
From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff is what makes this hotel so special — always smiling, kind, helpful and full of positive energy. We didn’t have a single problem during our stay. The whole hotel area, including the rooms, was always perfectly clean. The food was amazing — honestly the first hotel where every meal was 100% delicious. Drinks were also 10/10.
A very special thank you goes to the team at Yades Bar, especially Maged. He made the best drinks and made our stay even more enjoyable with his positive energy, kindness, sense of humor and amazing attitude. People like him are the reason guests keep coming back.
We also visited the Greek restaurant included in the all inclusive package and it was absolutely perfect. Excellent drinks, great food and wonderful service — we had such a lovely evening there.
In the main restaurant, we would also like to thank the waiters Mahmoud and Mohammed, who took great care of us throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed.
Another big thank you goes to Hasan from the restaurant team. One day we loved the fried cauliflower so much that we wanted another portion, but lunch service had already finished and there was no more left. Even so, Hasan prepared a fresh portion especially for us. Such kindness and care for guests is something truly special and unforgettable.
If you are looking for a hotel with amazing staff, service, delicious food and an atmosphere where you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated, this hotel is the perfect choice. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel, food and staff
Had the best experience here in June 2026. We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and the hotel (without me asking) got the cleaner to decorate the room on my partners birthday and organised a cake for him. Hassan our cleaner was so polite and had such a great energy. The entertainment team were amazing too but special mention goes to Zap. Again, his energy (and dance moves) made the trip extremely fun and memorable. He went out of his way to ensure all guests were included in the activities and had a good time. It was my second time at the hotel and I am already planning my trip for next year.

Fantastic hotel. Great food. Better atmosphere. Perfect for solo and couples.
Love this place. I have been three times already. Food is amazing. Entertainment is excellent. My first time visiting I went solo. Next two times with my girlfriend. I am always making friends here. This time it was with Zap at the hotel making it extra fun… although I think he needs to work on his dance moves some more… when I say work on his moves, I mean to share his moves and not show me up next time :)

Good resort to holiday in Hurghada
We stayed for 7 days in a gypster room with partial sea view. The room was a good size and was comfortable, loved the super king size bed. Although the shower water flow was not sufficient and uncomfortable to stand in. I recommend you take your own toiletries as the ones provided were watered down significantly. Air conditioning only went to 20 degrees and no colder. But our cleaner Mohammad was such a gem, he made us laugh with the fantastic towel displays. We didnt get involved in any of the entertainment, it was aimed at those in their early 20s wanting to party. As a couple in our 30s who dont drink alcohol it all started too late for us or wasnt something we felt we would enjoy. Most guests staying at Meraki were young Russian women and couples, who seemed to enjoy the entertainment. My partner utilised the spa at the resort instead and it was truly worth every penny spent. And we both did paddleboarding where a guide took us out to the open ocean to see if we could spot a dolphin. Resort was immaculately clean and it had everything you would need during your stay. As a person with specific dietary preferences the food at the resort was hard to navigate. Nothing was labeled with ingredients or allergens so you didnt know what was suitable for you (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan etc). The best food was without a doubt the egyptian dishes, the spicing and taste was phenomenal. Me and my partner did become unwell a few days in, perhaps the water or different foods. The thing I was missing most was an actual glass for my mocktail. Whilst I appreciated the plastic and disposable cups for the beach I would have liked a nice glass whilst seated at the restaurant or bar. The staff were truly what made this hotel stand out, always going above and beyond for you, whether it was the dive centre staff, servers, management etc. The resort also felt incredibly safe at all times, with security checking who came in and out. All things considered, I would agree on the 4 star rating.

amazing location, great vibe, good animation team, rooms beautiful. Animation team are amazing, they are so kind and helpful. Definitely worth the money, good great and greek restaurants is the best!
