Amazing team
The atmosphere was amazing! Staff was very friendly and always helping us. The animation staff was great, always managed to get us involved and dancing. They even got my boyfriend involved in the couples competition which made us laugh all night. The evening waiting staff was great! Ahmed Abd aziz was a super star always smiling and made our experience from day 1.
Overall we recommend the restort, from creative housekeeping staff to animation and restaurant staff with an amazing head chef serving us sharma meat.
Not good
I see the person who speaks on the microphone every day; he doesn't interact with families—only with women. He came over to the disco and spoke to my friend and me, using completely inappropriate and vulgar language, and kept asking for our Instagram and WhatsApp details. That is not his job.
Exceptional Stay
If you want to have a relaxing vacation, I highly recommend this hotel
The rooms are super clean with modern furniture, food was great with a lot of variety, and there are more than 4 restaurants to choose from
The hotel has a large landscape but don’t worry the is a golf car you can use along with free bicycles you can rent to move around the hotel
If you have kids they will love it, with the aqua park, kids club, free VR games, Ping pong and more
The staff in all departments are friendly and helpful smiling all the time greeting you offering to help to make your vacation a relaxing and cheerful experience, I want to thank them all for making my vacation unforgettable
Sure I will be visiting this hotel again
