The Three Corners Rihana Resort

The photos show the view from our room on the third floor. We had to stay on the third floor, only to be greeted by this disappointing view. For a resort that charges guests for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, this was far below expectations. There are many small ants in the room including beds. Also, Room wifi was awful. The overall experience, including the service and the hotel's condition, was equally disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

We have now visited Three Corners Rihana Resort six to eight times, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience. It has become our favorite vacation destination, not only for our immediate family but also for our extended family. We keep coming back because we always feel welcomed and well cared for.

One of the things we appreciate most is that the hotel offers accessible rooms for guests with disabilities. These rooms have been a tremendous help for our family and make the resort an excellent choice for anyone with mobility needs. It is encouraging to see the hotel making a real effort to ensure that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A special thank you to the housekeeping team for their excellent work and attention to detail. We are especially grateful to the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Magdy Monier, who leads his team with great professionalism. We would also like to give special thanks to Bahaa, whose kindness, hard work, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire housekeeping team goes above and beyond to make every guest’s stay comfortable, and their service is always offered with genuine care and a warm smile.

We would also like to thank the Front Office team, especially Neseer, Mohamed Galal, and David. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us with a smile. A special thanks also goes to Mr. Saleh, the Guest Relations Manager. He is exceptionally helpful, attentive, and genuinely cares that every guest has the best possible experience.

The restaurant is another highlight of the resort. Our sincere thanks go to Mr. Magdy Saeed, the Restaurant Manager, the chef, and the entire restaurant staff. We would also like to thank Abdullah for his outstanding service and friendliness. Although the buffet does not offer a huge variety, the quality of the food is consistently excellent, and everything is fresh, delicious, and well prepared.

A special word of appreciation goes to Mr. Joseph, who manages all the bars throughout the resort. He and his team provide excellent service with professionalism, friendliness, and great attention to every guest.

The swimming pools are excellent, always clean, and perfect for both adults and children. The hotel has a fantastic location, is very clean, offers excellent value for money, and provides a relaxing family atmosphere.

We would also like to express our appreciation to the Hotel Manager, Mr. Yasar, whose leadership is reflected throughout the entire resort. It is clear that all departments work together in harmony to provide guests with a memorable experience.

We only have two small suggestions that we hope will make this wonderful resort even better. First, the animation team was outstanding during our previous visits, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere with excellent activities. This time, however, the entertainment program was not quite at the same level. We hope to see the animation team return to the high standard we enjoyed in the past.

Second, we suggest increasing the frequency of the shuttle boat to Zeytouna Beach. Since the beach is some distance from the hotel, more frequent boat trips would make it much more convenient for guests and enhance the overall experience.

Overall, we highly recommend Three Corners Rihana Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable, and family-friendly vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making every stay so special. We are already looking forward to returning again and again!
