I recently stayed in one of the hotel’s Garden View Rooms, which I understand is the entry-level room category. If this is indeed the starting point, then the standard throughout the hotel is exceptionally high.
The room itself is absolutely charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with wonderfully soft bedding and pillows that made for an excellent night’s sleep. The layout has clearly been designed with practicality and comfort in mind. Alongside the seating area and ensuite bathroom, there is a separate dressing area complete with a makeup desk, excellent lighting, conveniently placed power sockets and plenty of hanging space. As a female traveller, these thoughtful touches certainly didn’t go unnoticed.
The room also feels modern, with touchscreen controls for both the lighting and air conditioning, while the balcony overlooks beautifully maintained gardens, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting.
For my stay I opted for half board rather than all-inclusive. This was simply a personal preference, as I’m not a particularly big eater, and it suited me perfectly. One thing I genuinely appreciated during check-in was that there was absolutely no attempt to upsell me to another package. The team were completely happy with the booking I had chosen, which immediately set a positive tone.
Breakfast is nothing short of a feast. The selection is outstanding and so generous that, on most days, lunch wasn’t even necessary. I dined in the restaurants on several evenings, and both the food and the service were consistently impeccable. Every member of the team I encountered greeted guests with genuine warmth and smiling faces, creating an atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome.
The pool team also deserve a special mention.
The pool area is clearly the heart of the hotel during the day and, with the majority of guests choosing the all-inclusive package, the pool bar remains consistently busy. Despite this, the service never faltered.
The towel service was efficient and friendly, and throughout the day the team continually checked on guests, delivered drinks promptly and somehow managed to maintain the same warm smile and positive attitude from morning until evening.
What impressed me most wasn’t simply the speed of service, but the consistency. Even during the busiest periods, every interaction felt welcoming and unhurried, and the team genuinely contributed to the relaxed atmosphere around the pool.
One surprise during my stay was the hotel’s “animation” programme. If I’m completely honest, the word animation usually fills me with dread. Like many adults, I tend to associate it with loud, cheesy entertainment aimed primarily at children, and something I would normally avoid entirely.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Instead, I found a wonderfully relaxed evening around the pool with live music, a singer and a small giveaway. The animation team deserve enormous credit. They managed to be friendly, engaging and full of personality without ever becoming over-familiar or intrusive. They struck exactly the right balance and demonstrated that entertainment within an adults-only hotel can be tasteful, sociable and genuinely enjoyable.
The reception team also deserve special recognition. My check-in was smooth, efficient and completely seamless, and throughout my stay I found the front desk team to be professional, funny, engaging and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Every interaction felt relaxed and authentic.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the Guest Relations Manager, whose name unfortunately escapes me. This was the first time I’ve experienced a hotel orientation walk-through, and I found it to be an excellent addition to the guest experience. She was incredibly friendly, informative and knowledgeable, helping me understand both the hotel and its facilities. Throughout my stay she checked in on me several times, always in a way that felt welcoming rather than intrusive, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about her guests’ experience.
Housekeeping also deserve sincere recognition.
In many hotels, housekeeping can sometimes feel disruptive, with repeated knocks on the door or the feeling that you’re working around their schedule. Here, it was quite the opposite.
The housekeeping team seemed almost invisible in the very best sense of the word. They quietly went about their work without ever interrupting the guest experience, yet somehow every day I returned to a room that had been cleaned beautifully and presented to an impeccable standard.
It’s an easy department to overlook because, when it’s done exceptionally well, you barely notice it. But that’s exactly what made it so impressive. The team managed to deliver consistently high standards while remaining unobtrusive, allowing guests to simply relax and enjoy their holiday.
What became increasingly apparent throughout my stay was the consistency of the service culture. Whether it was reception, guest relations, housekeeping, the restaurant teams, the pool team or the animation staff, every department shared the same qualities: warm, approachable, professional and genuinely hospitable. That level of consistency rarely happens by accident. It reflects strong leadership and a team that clearly enjoys looking after its guests.
I’d like to finish with one final observation.
By my own admission, I’m probably what many hotels would consider a nightmare guest. Having worked in hospitality myself and now owning a luxury travel company, I simply can’t help noticing everything. The smallest details—from the number of coat hangers in a wardrobe to the warmth of an interaction—are things my brain automatically registers.
What makes this review particularly meaningful is that your team had absolutely no idea about my professional background. There was no special treatment and no reason for anyone to behave differently. Every interaction felt genuine, natural and heartfelt.
In many years of working within the travel and hospitality industry, I honestly can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that was so consistently full of genuinely happy guests. Everywhere I looked, people were smiling, relaxing and clearly enjoying themselves.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
It comes down to excellent management, a wonderful team and a culture of genuine hospitality that flows through every department. There wasn’t a single weak link or letdown in any department during my stay, and that’s an incredibly difficult standard to achieve.
Beautiful facilities certainly help, but it’s the people who make this hotel memorable.
Thank you all for an incredible stay. It was an absolute pleasure, and I wish the entire team every continued success!
The main point that made this holiday, was the staff excellent from the cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff all of them, my room was adequate not bad but dated. the hotel was full of really nice people from all sorts of places. Surrounding area is fantastic with marina's all over littered with boats that vary from expensive to very very expensive, restaurant catering for all taste. walking is great but remember the heat. I always think how good is a hotel, my way is would I go back, most definitely, met loads of returning people
Three corners ocean is a wonderful hotel, rooms are fantastic, food and Pool. Now the staff I have nothing but respect and love for, unfortunately my husband was taken ill on our last night which entailed a 10 day hospital admission. The staff were outstanding nothing was any bother to them, helping where ever they could, always asking how my husband was and to just ask if we needed help, from the chef’s, waiting on staff, house keeping, bar tenders, security. Hotel mangers coming to the hospital to see him. To name but a few Amr, Anna, Ekramy, Mohamed, Tito you made us feel part of you family and I could never ever thank you enough.
Amazing Holidays, i enjoyed it alot
Everything was so amazing. The staff, the cleaning, the food. We love it all. It’s our third time at this hotel. And we love it. They make us feel like royalty
