Great Hotel
Had so much fun in steigenberger and everything was clean and the food was delicious and the activities/lagoon/pool were so much fun, there was a lot of activities and entertainment from the animation team especially Carol was really helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent hotel , nice staff , especialy poolbar Mazen and Farres , lobbybar and 19th hole Ahmed , life quards services at the pool , very nice rooms , clean . Nice breakfast en lunch possibilities , all in all very nice and thanks for your services

For the second year in a row, we chose the Steigenberger Golf Resort in El Gouna, and once again we had a truly wonderful holiday.
What makes us want to return is the combination of peace, space, comfort and, above all, the exceptional friendliness of the staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcome. The staff are warm, attentive and helpful, and they do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It is this personal service that really makes the difference.
The resort itself is beautifully designed, with lovely gardens, lagoons and spacious swimming pools. Despite its size, it has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. There are plenty of sun loungers and everything is extremely well maintained.
We also have nothing but praise for the rooms. They are spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Housekeeping does an excellent job every single day.
The food is fresh, varied and beautifully presented, with an extensive breakfast and plenty of choice at the other meals. Once again, the friendliness and professionalism of the restaurant staff really stand out.
What we particularly appreciate is the way the hotel manages to create such a pleasant atmosphere without ever making you feel as though you are staying in a busy mass tourism resort. There are plenty of activities and entertainment for those who want them, while guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet can do exactly that.
The location is also ideal for us. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the resort while Downtown El Gouna remains within easy reach.
After our second stay, we completely understand why so many guests return year after year. We have now become returning guests ourselves, and for us, that really says it all.
A beautiful resort, but above all, a place where the people make you feel truly welcome. ❤️
It’s a bit of a dilemma to single out names, as absolutely everyone on the staff and in management is top-notch!
That is why we decided not to single anyone out by name, (as we would feel bad about leaving others out) but we are certain that the people we wish to thank just a little bit more know exactly who we mean. ❤️🙏🏼
