Enjoyed our stay the food was delicious the rooms were clean and spacious also the lagoon is very nice , pools little crowded but overall nice the hotel is not kid friendly no much entertainment for them

This was our second stay at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna, and once again it was an unforgettable holiday.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. But what really made this holiday so special was every single member of the staff. They are the heart of this hotel.
A special thank you to Kamil, who cleaned our room every day with so much care. Everything was always spotless, and it was a pleasure coming back to our room every day.
A big thank you as well to all the lifeguards, both at the pool and at the lagoon. They do a fantastic job keeping everything clean, organised, and safe, while always greeting everyone with a smile. They are incredibly kind, warm, and nothing was ever too much to ask.
To all the bartenders, thank you for making every day memorable. Your good mood, kindness, and warm personalities made us look forward to seeing you every day.
A special thank you also to the restaurant staff. They worked incredibly hard every single day, always with a smile, and even remembered our favourite drinks. Those little details made us feel so welcome.
We also want to thank the entire kitchen team and all the trainees. They work incredibly hard behind the scenes and are just as kind and welcoming as everyone else. Even the newest members of the team already seem like they’ve been working here for years. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are truly impressive.
What stood out the most was how incredibly hard everyone works. Every single person we met was friendly, positive, and constantly doing their best to make every guest happy. We have so much respect and admiration for every member of the team. It really doesn’t go unnoticed.
We’ve stayed in many hotels, but we’ve never experienced hospitality like this before. It’s the people who make Steigenberger so special. They made us feel happy from the first day until the last, and they are the reason we’ll definitely come back again, just like we already did this year.

Very very nice hotel and the staff is so nice especially ammar, Mustafa and alaa. Very nice Beach and restaurant and the roomservice people is so nice and does their job to perfection. The one thing I would say there is missing on the hotel is more entertainment. But other than that it’s an amazing hotel
