Good Staff. Bad guests!
The hotel seemed pretty good at first. We saw exceptional service from Alaa, and Ammar. They are very nice and friendly. They immediately help you the second you come. They are willing to do everything to ensure your comfortable stay. The main problem was not with the hotel itself as the rooms were clean and hotel environment was nice. But the guests. Especially the big family groups. They are very annoying to the point that I had to leave the hotel for a couple of hours. Kids screaming and shouting. Their parents are drunk and shout even louder than them. How are kids even allowed in a pool with a bar! Very unacceptable. It ruins your entire stay.
Bar Pool Review
I’m really disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the local families were extremely loud and made it impossible for anyone to relax in the pool, which is supposed to be a place to unwind. We spoke to them more than once, but nothing changed. It’s also quite strange that children are allowed in a pool with a bar. In my opinion, this area should be adults-only (18+) to provide a more relaxing atmosphere for guests.
The one thing that truly stood out was the pool bar staff, Ammar and Alaa. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We never had to ask twice for anything, they were always happy to help and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Honestly, they made this trip and our stay at the hotel ten times better. I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes and appreciates what an outstanding team they have in Ammar and Alaa.

General Experience
A great place to be with family and friends and really a relaxed atmosphere, highly recommendable. In addition to that the animation is quite remarkable with lots of different activities and there is always something for every guest to enjoy.
