We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick El Gouna.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The restaurant was outstanding, especially the breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality dishes.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely love to stay here again.

We had an amazing holiday at Mövenpick Resort and Spa El Gouna!
Huge shoutout to Mousa, Maher, Hawary and Ahmed at Team Lagoon — the service was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome.
The cocktails were absolutely delicious too. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
Team Lagoon are lucky to have such a great staff team. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Restaurant Hospitality
The highlight of my stay was the excellent quality of the food, along with the outstanding service and warm hospitality of the staff, especially in the restaurant. A special thanks to El Noubi, who was always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. He truly made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
