Hotel and restaurant review
We had an excellent time at Mövenpick Spa and Resort El Gouna. The rooms were very nice and clean. The food was varied and you had a wonderful buffet. The waiters were very helpful and friendly. The waiters were very helpful and friendly. Especially Atef and Sambo in the Palavrion restaurant were the best waiters in the entire hotel. They were very funny and always very attentive. The hotel is convincing and I would come back to this hotel!

The only good man in the hotel Mr. Ahmed at oasis bar , he is the kindest man in the hotel and helpful , also Mr. Ehab reception and Mr. Ahmed reception

Sambo at the Palavrion Restaurant is fantastic! Always incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. His big smile is absolutely contagious and makes every visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Sambo, for the great service and positive energy!
Stay at Elgouna MovenPick
The location is breathtaking and the facilities and staff were absolutely amazing - however the room I stayed in the lock system kept locking us out and there was a distinct smell too in the room. On our last night the curtain fell off. But room service, maintenance team and resort staff were in the case and always very helpful. The restaurant staff looked after us at breakfast and the manager Ali and Ahmed and the chefs were also fantastic and looked after us - we were a group of 7 ladies. The entrainment team were good but a special mention to Diana who was absolutely amazing. She dances so well and speaks English too which made our communication very easy. She was very active, friendly and approachable. Really enjoyed her company.
Paradise on earth
The suite is exceptional,the view is a Million dollar view. The location is perfect right on the lagune and beach. The atmosphere is very cozy and top tier. The cleaness is also very good done every day. The service very very good everybody is working hard for us to have a very good vacantion,everybody is smiling. Very quiet. Everything is very nice And El Gouna like a town is A parasise,Downtown,abu Tig marina. 1000% i Recomand to stay at Movenpick.
