The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful. At the pool, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, such as moving the parasol exactly the way you want it and regularly checking if everything is okay.
The restaurant is clean, neat, and hygienic. The chefs are very good and extremely friendly. Chef Boshera and Chef Ashraf in particular prepare delicious food and are always so kind and welcoming. Actually, all the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room cleaning service was also excellent. Farez is incredibly friendly, works very neatly, and does a great job cleaning the room every day.
The security staff at the entrance are very kind, and because of them you genuinely feel safe. The person who brings your luggage to your room and takes care of it on your last day is also very sweet and always willing to help with anything.
The pool staff, such as Salem, Ahmed 1, Ahmed 2 and Mohammed Ali are very kind and friendly as well. In fact, everyone is incredibly welcoming. They do everything they can to make sure you have a great and enjoyable stay. They are simply kind and helpful.
We had an amazing holiday and absolutely nothing to complain about. We had a relaxing, fun, and wonderful time. We would definitely come back again!
The only downside, in my opinion, is that the staff should be allowed to wear more comfortable and lightweight clothes in the heat. They always wear neat, long clothing, even though it’s really hot. I just wish they could wear something more comfortable and breathable. They deserve to feel comfortable too.

Disappointing stay
The hotel has one of the best location right next to downtown. Good for people loving parties and staying up late. The room was cleaned and well arranged thanks to Mohammad Youssef. Well done. We were really disappointed with the room view that was supposed to be lagoon view and we got palm tree hiding the view, the excuse was no availability adding the sink is next to bed and the towels smell weird. The Music on staying till very late . The staff at the breakfast should be more trained for service delivery. It’s an average value for the money .
