Cozy hotel with an excellent location
- الفندق بشكل عام كوزي بطريقة لطيفة (هو اشبه بشقق فندقيه و ليس قندق) فالمطعم هو جزء من اللوبي (صغير جدا بالحجم) لكن بصورة عامة طابع الفندق انتيكي.
- الغرف كبيرة جدا و فيها جلسة و بار و حمام كبير ايضا (اتكلم عن غرف البريميوم)
-يقع الفندق بشارع فرعي ويبعد عن الضجيج نوعا ما, يقع مول تيرمنال 21 على مسافة 10 دقائق مشي عال اقدام و شارع العرب على بعد 15 دقيقة مشي. بعض الخدمات تجدخا اسفل الفندق على طول مثل سفن الفن و الي يحب ال ستريت فود فبجانب الفندق واحد من افضل الاماكن للستريت فود. -الموظفين خدومين و لم اجد أي تقصير من أي شخص. -انترنت سريع بالغرفة و بمرافق الفندق. -مسبح جيد و الجلسة الخارجية للمسبح جميلة. -الحمام كبير و المستلزمات الي يوضعوها كاملة و يتوفر شطاف. -الافطار ينحصر على بعض الاصناف البسيطة جدا و لكن اضافة الى ذلك يوفرو لك منيو تختار طبقين منه (و هو شامل بسعر بالافطار). انا جربت اطباق الحلويات و كانت رهيبة.
بعض السيئات التي وجدتها هي : -كما اشرت بالسابق انه اقرب لشقق فندقية و ليس فندق و انا شخصيا ارى تصنيفه لا يجب ان يتعدى 4 نجوم. -عند التشك ان اكتشفت انه تم توفير غرفة بسرير كنج مع ان طلبي كان واضح من خلال بوكينج و هو سريرين منفصلين (بعض نقاش مع الموظفين) تم اخباري انه سيتم تحضير الغرفة حسب طلبي لكن استلمتها بعد ساعة كاملة (و لم يتم تعويضي بأي شيء-في مثل هذه الحالات يتم ترقية الغرفة فورا) -منيو الافطار بسيط و ينحصر بخيارات على وجبات (سكرية).
- الدفعة على الحساب (1000 بات) عن طريق الكريديت كارد للان لم تعكس بحسابي (20 يوم للان) . في تايلاند و بتجربتي فيها يجب ان تهيئ نفسك لدفع "دفعة على الحساب" كاش بدلا من حجز المبلغ من الكريديت كارد لانه عند التشك اوت تاخذ المبلغ معك ولا تقعد تسأل و تراجع بنوك و غيره (للاسف وقتها اضطريت لاستخدام البطاقة لعدم توفر كاش معي) .
