Wonderful Stay at Al Hamra Village Hotel this time: Updating my review: I have been visiting Al Hamra Village Hotel regularly, and it has always been one of my favorite places to stay. However, this time was truly different, and a big part of that was thanks to Ms. Evelyn from the Reception team. Her kindness, professionalism, genuine support, and cooperation made my stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and her positive attitude really made a difference. Thank you, Evelyn, for your outstanding hospitality and for making this visit special. It is people like you who turn a good hotel experience into a wonderful and memorable one. Warm Hospitality From Check-In to Check-Out!
We stayed for three days at Al Hamra Village Hotel and loved every bit of it! The customer service here is exceptional. Huge thanks to the two reception ladies who checked us in (special mention to the lovely Kenyan lady for such a friendly welcome) and to Nihal, who assisted us during checkout with great professionalism and a warm gesture. Will definitely visit again!
