I would also like to give a very special shout-out to Florence, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, warm, and approachable. What stood out most was how prompt and helpful she was with every response. Whether it was the booking process, answering my questions, or helping with the little details along the way, she was always quick to respond and made everything feel effortless. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help really made a difference. She made what could sometimes be a complicated booking and planning process feel completely seamless and stress-free. This is very genuine feedback, as I truly appreciated the level of care and personal attention she provided throughout the journey. Florence is a wonderful reflection of the hospitality and service standards of the hotel, and I believe her efforts deserve special recognition. Its very hard find good service these days.

I have been visiting Fujairah for several years and used to stay at Rotana Fujairah every year, so I have a good basis for comparison.

Rotana does offer a very wide and diverse selection of food, but for our family, what matters most is not only the variety, but also the taste and quality of the food. And this is where we noticed a big difference at InterContinental.

Everything at NAMA was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, high-quality, beautifully prepared and presented. Although the selection may not feel as extensive as in some other hotels, what matters much more to us is that the food here is genuinely delicious and enjoyable.

I would especially like to mention the breakfasts. They became one of the highlights of our stay. There was a good selection, everything was fresh, beautifully prepared and, most importantly, very tasty.

But our family’s absolute favorite was the pastries and desserts! 🥐🍰❤️

I would like to give special thanks to the pastry team at NAMA. The desserts were truly outstanding — beautifully presented, fresh, varied and, most importantly, incredibly delicious. My mother especially loved the desserts and looked forward to trying them every day. It became one of the sweetest and most memorable parts of our holiday.

I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything was spotless, organized and pleasant. The waiters were extremely friendly, attentive and efficient. They took our orders promptly and were always ready to help with a warm smile.

A big thank you to the entire NAMA team for your hard work, professionalism and genuine hospitality. It is people like you who turn an ordinary breakfast or dinner into a truly enjoyable part of a holiday.

After visiting Fujairah for many years, I can honestly say that InterContinental Fujairah pleasantly surprised us, especially with the quality and taste of its cuisine.
