This is a perfect complex for those visitors who wish to be secluded from the liveliest areas of the island and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay with breathtaking atmosphere.

Beautiful!
We booked a package holiday to Jet2 Holidays and stayed at Krokos Villas. We booked a Superior Studio and was allocated room “Krokos 2”. The room was a good size with everything we needed during our stay. We did have a couple ants on the floor and in the sink. They didn’t bother us and once we rinsed the sink out, they disappeared. The aircon was really good and there was also a humidifier. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially when we had to check in at 3am due to delays! Breakfast was served on the balcony every morning and there was a menu to complete and hand into reception the day before. Breakfast was great every morning. The “pool” is located on the balcony of another room. The first couple made us feel awkward for being “outside of their room” so we left but we did see other people using the sun loungers and pool together later on during our stay. The pool and not having a bar are the only things that make my review a 4* instead of 5*! We would highly recommend Krokos Villas. We’ve also just been upgraded to stay at Calderas Dolphin Suites for the last 3 nights of our stay! A really lovely treat from the Management of the Hotels!

Krokos Villas in Imerovigli
Nice spacious villa right on the caldera, exactly as shown on the photos! Personalized service was highly appreciated, especially when we arrived late at night and departed early in the morning. Breakfast served each morning on the patio overlooking the caldera. Super convenient location to shops, restaurants, and walking distance to Fira. Access to shared and small plunge pool on the property was perfect for cooling off during the day. Only complaint was the AC in the unit didn’t work that well and the hot water ran out a couple times. Staff was friendly and responsive, but were never fully able to fix the problems. They were able to get the room temp a bit lower (24 deg C) and loaned us a fan, so all in all it worked out just fine.

What an amazing trip to Santorini. A week spent in this wonderdul hotel, friendly people, great food and beautiful setting. The staff were amazing so helpful 24/7, peaceful, clean, comfortable, just what we needed for our first time in Santorini.
We cannot fault anything. We were a little dubious as the previous reviews were a little unpleasant. We were very pleasantly suprised when we arrived, everyone was so respectful and helpful, we cannot fault anything. Thank you to the staff 😊
Great Place to Stay
This was our third holiday in Santorini, but our first stay in a room overlooking the caldera. We chose “Krokos Villas” in Imerovigli and, for the quality of the room and the service offered, are very glad that we did.
When our transfer from the airport arrived in Imerovigli, we were met by George, of whom more later, who carried both our suitcases along the narrow, stepped walkways to reception and then, uphill, to our room.
Our room was very comfortable and its balcony superbly positioned for views of the caldera and was cleaned, and towels changed, every day. The bathroom had a powerful and easily controllable shower, perfect for a refreshing start to the day or evening.
Each day, a delicious breakfast was delivered to our balcony, and always at the time requested, by George. Breakfast orders were made on a form and taken to reception by 8 pm the previous day and the system worked very well. The stunning views from our balcony meant we spent a great deal of time there, often with a glass of wine or beer, well chilled in the good sized room refrigerator.
When it was time to go home, George again carried our suitcases, this time mostly uphill, to our pick up point. We hope that the management at “Krokos Villas” recognise what an asset they have in George. He made a great contribution to a fantastic holiday in Imerovigli, one which we would like to repeat and definitely again at “Krokos Villas”.

Spacious villa in the perfect location for spectacular views
We booked a superior villa so that we could celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We stayed for 5 nights, so the hotel arranged a free pick up from the airport, which is definitely worth arranging. The villa has air conditioning, a huge shower, a comfortable bad and a private balcony.
If you don’t arrange a pick up, it can be difficult to find - here are my directions. At the bus stop, head for Balla grill restaurant , next to the ATM and the pharmacy. Head up towards Aqua villas, and through a public car park. When you get to Santorini suites, go down the steps. To get to reception go left down more steps. The villas are on the right next to the Honeymoon suites.
The location is lovely - in between Firostefani and Oia - but nowhere near as busy. Lovely restaurants to choose from - our favourite was Anogi in the square.
The breakfast every morning are so, so good. A large choice of breads, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cornflakes or muesli, cake, croissants, scrambled or boiled eggs, sausages, etc. All delivered to your balcony.
