Horrible customer experience
Horrible experience. The weather in Greece has been terrible. I was in Crete hoping to take the ferry from Heraklion to Santorini. My ferry was cancelled, there are no other ferries today, they refuse to refund my (2) night trip given the ban in ferries from Heraklion. I will never recommend this hotel and will actively tell family and friends how bad of an experience it was dealing with them. Manager is absolutely horrible.

Stayed at Katikies Santorini. It was beautiful and the Customer centric culture at the Hotel and Suites is abundant.
Great accommodations, great staff, great food, great views. They have it all!
If return to Santorini, this is the place we’ll return to.

Ethereal Five star Luxury experience
Absolutely breathtaking!! An unforgettable stay at Katikies Santorini exceeded all of our expectations. The views overlooking the Caldera are simply spectacular - waking up each morning to the sparkling Aegean Sea and those iconic whitewashed cliffs felt like a dream. It was simply ethereal in every way.
The property itself is elegant, immaculate, and perfectly captures the beauty and romance of Santorini. The service was exceptional, particularly by Panos, the hotel concierge, and Sofia, the Manager. They were exceedingly accommodating, warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Panos' restaurant recommendations were spot on each time!
Watching the sunset over the Caldera from our room was truly magical and something we will never forget. From the incredible views to the wonderful hospitality, every detail was perfect. A five-star experience in every way. We cannot wait to return.
Never wanted to leave
What a special place, view of the caldera, exceptual service, beautiful big room, excellent location! I could go on. We chose this place for our silver anniversary and was beyond happy. Our room looked out to the caldera, everyday we woke up to the Agean Sea, transportation, breakfast every morning was delicious and great service, utilized the spa for couple massages. From planning the trip to being there, the team was most responsive and helpful with all of our questions and making reservations. This is hands down the best hotel! Absolutely would recommend and hope to make it back to Katikes Santorini!
Best place we have stayed in over 25 days on the road and 3 countries
Just outside of town and just over the hill with stunning view and QUIET. Rooms were large, beds and pillows excellent. Dinner and breakfast with all the above and fantastic food. Every staff member we encountered was kind & helpful.
