Me and my partner have just returned from a lovely weeks stay at the hotel. The staff are all so friendly and inviting. We didn’t arrive until after 10pm in the evening and the I was a bit concerned about being able to get water so we could have a drink in the morning. On going into our room I was very pleased to find a large bottle of water in the fridge and a lovely little welcome basket with coffee, tea and a few other bits. The room was cleaned daily apart from Sunday and fresh towels provided when needed. The free air conditioning was an added bonus for some days during the week as it was quite hot. Our flight home wasn’t until later in the evening and there was no issue with us being able to keep the room on for a bit longer. We will definitely be coming back here again. 😊
Lovely little hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were very tasty, good value. Our room was spacious, beds were comfy, shower was great! The balcony had a nice view, with lots of swooping birds (swifts I think!). Big enough for us both to sit out there in the evening with a glass of wine. The outside space was neat, the pool was clean and the garden tidy. Plenty of sunbeds! Easy to get a bus or taxi into Rhodes town, and spend time exploring the medieval city, fascinating! Would recommend.
Lovely quite family run hotel, very friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble.
Lovely small hotel, a real gem. Family run from Father to Daughter to Son and Niece. The name 'Sunday', is their surname in Greek. Very relaxed atmosphere, chilled pool area ( never had a problem for a sun bed) and a cool guy running the bar. The pool was spotless
The breakfast was lovely with a good mix of things to keep you going.
We had a split level room, with the double bed on a second level. When booked wasnt sure but took the risk as it was good value. Didnt need to worry it was a lovely clean room with excellent aircon
There is large supermarket just down the backroad, ( althougj dont worry you dont notice its there ), perfect for picking up stuff
Easy walk to the beach, 10 mins or so - and yes there is a road you have to cross with cars. But honestly there are crosswalks and a bit of patience they stop, ( hey they have cars what a suprise ! ). Beach is lovely if you go to you left past the beach shops, brilliant Tarvena where i had Sea Food Spaghetti - it was one of the best things i have ever had.
Easy access to Rhodes Old Town - you have to go. Just get the bus, which is just on the right on the main road - google bus times, coulsnt be easier, no need to bother with a Taxi
I will defo go back - its not an area for young people 'out out', and so neither is the Hotel bit if you want a chilled relaxed good value holiday i reccomend and will go back
Shout out to all the the Greek people on the island, they arw honestly the friendliest nicest people and God can they cpok
A great family run hotel started by the dad and continued by daughters and grandchildren. Very friendly staff, all spoke great English and were really accommodating and helpful. Facilities are good for the type of hotel, spotless pool with inflatables for the children, lots of sun loungers, well kept garden, good bar service. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The hotel is close to a supermarket and a short walk to the beach. Although there is a main road there are zebra crossings not far and generally drivers are quite calm and will let you cross Bus stop to Rhodes town in the main road again 5 minutes walk. You can buy tickets in the mini market or pay on the bus. Use google maps for times, easy to navigate. The beach was good although it was a pebble beach, highly recommended to buy beach shoes that you can swim with. The room was a duplex, so the bed was on the mezzanine. Not sure what this would look like when booking but went ahead as it was a good price. It was good, with a lovely balcony, a little fridge and a sink.
