Ideally built in a superb location on 6 hectares of green, on a hill right next to Kallithea beach and a stone's throw from the medieval city of Rhodes and Faliraki. Rhodes International Airport Diagoras is only 18.9 km, around 25 minutes by car. At the remodelled hotel, guests can enjoy the most authentic version of the famed Rhodian hospitality. It starts with the first bite of the Greek breakfast feast served in the restaurant, relaxing on the comfortable sunbeds by the main pool of 1,270 m2 and shaded by palm trees, or at the magical private beach, the delicious Greek and Mediterranean dishes on the restaurant menu, the healing facial and body treatments using products from the Greek land at the spa and the imaginative cocktails at the spectacularly designed bar with a panoramic view of the sea. Each one of the elegant rooms is an oasis of authentic hospitality with comfortable beds, remodelled bathrooms with tubs, an updated sitting area, and revamped balconies with a panoramic view of the sea or the lush, green gardens with the palm trees.

Firstly all the staff especially Stergia and her brother and all restaurant and bar staff were excellent.
On arrival we were upgraded from a twin sea view room to a room with a private pool - room 201. First impression was good, lots of space but soon realised that there was always a damp smell. Whether this was coming from the drains in the bathroom I don’t know. We always had the window open and would have kept the screen door open during the day but there was no way of locking it. There was nowhere outside to dry towels or wet swimwear. The pool was wasted on us as being in our mid 70s we found it difficult to access and the water was cold. In fact all the swimming pools were cold . The patio of our room was in the shade from about midday which would have been great in summer. We also missed out on the sea view we had paid extra for. The bed was probably the most comfortable we have had on any holiday.
The food was not to our taste at all. The soups were always strange concoctions. Everything was always lukewarm even when a fresh tray was brought out.
There were cats everywhere which did not bother us but some people fed them from their tables in the dining room which I saw the staff try and discourage. We always tried to eat our evening meal around 7 so we did not have to queue for a table but felt that the drinks were rationed to about 2/3 glasses which were only half filled. Maybe this was to stop you lingering in the dining room!
The smell from the nearby sewerage farm was overpowering a few days in our 10 day holiday.
We don’t go to the beach as it was too many steps for us.
The toilets were all very clean but however one evening I used the toilet by the restaurant and there was cat poo in a corner near the hand basins
The evening entertainment was ok best bit the fireworks. There didn’t seem to be any activities in the day time.
This hotel is rated as 5 star but compared to other hotels we have stayed in previously in Rhodes and other Greek islands it is only a 4 star or even a 3 star.
Hotel is nice to stay. Clean but old. We booked 2pers. room but had a upgrate for familyroom with sea sigt! Kiko and Maddy are great, really enthousiast and a real entertainers!
We had the pleasure of two weeks in this lovely hotel. Friendly, professional and great service. Sure there were a couple of cracked tiles about but the whole place was SPOTLESS. Super pool, got to mention the aqua zumba classes which were a hoot ! Food plentiful and hot, GF options when asked. Bus into Rhodes Old Town from right outside the hotel ( it can get busy for no discernable reason, but mostly no problem). Hotel very calm and any music from pool discrete. When we return to Rhodes very happy to return here.
Very good value for money - Rooms were ok with everything u could need -pool area was excellent (although pool cold) lovely place to sit - plenty of sun loungers. Near a small pebbly beach with free Sun loungers for hotel guests. All staff we came into contact with were excellent - in fact you couldn’t have asked for more friendlier service. However food was usual buffet fair / nothing to write home about / restaurant at breakfast was very busy (we were out of season) although every effort was made to find you a table quickly. Towels in room were cheap / paying for pool towel felt mean (was refunded) but you could only change every 3 days / tea and coffee in room but you had to supply your own sugar !! Some areas of hotel were very tired.
Thank you to the animation team Maddy and kicko for the day / night time entertainment always got a smile on there faces always stop to talk to us and our baby , had a fantastic time !
