This All inclusive resort offering 2 outdoor pools and 3 children's pool, the hotel feature a private access on the beach area in Fanes. Not a good stay.
We were placed here quite late following a cancelled flight. There was only 1 person on the desk when we got there who, in fairness, did his best. However several guests came back with rooms that were not clean and some had no electricity and there was nothing that could be done. Although our room was clean it and indeed the whole resort is tatty and somewhat dated. Peeling paint everywhere, uneven old boards etc. isn’t what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Didn’t get a chance to have dinner but breakfast was very average. There wasn’t any juice at all, just squash or carbonated drinks and I did ask specifically. Plenty of choice but the quality was lacking which given that a lot of the clientele appeared to be French was a surprise. The grounds were pretty clean and the view looked nice. We didn’t get a chance to sample everything there activity wise but suffice to say that several people from our flight simply spent the night in the lobby as their rooms were dirty or smelt bad. The staff we encountered were polite and did their best but the place needs some serious investment. It is also pretty isolated so if you want to pop out it would be more of a mission. I appreciate that I was tired and tetchy through no fault if the hotel but there is absolutely no way this can be considered a 5 star hotel. No idea how much this place costs and if it’s cheap then that may mitigate some of the criticisms.

Greek location French holiday
Such an isolated location and limited transport options , have to hire a car to get to supermarkets etc. If you want a complete step of grid holiday it’s perfect. Sadly a two tier customer service that it’s focused mainly on the French customers , the entertainment and all aspects of the facilities geared to the French. Even the AI bands are different colour and material 😣 the British bands are blue plastic and the French are silver ribbon. I personally enjoyed the food but was not of high standard there were options of offal and low cost food like fish fingers. Loved the ice cream. The staff were not friendly and didn’t always translate into English language , restaurant staff were snappy and short tempered. The hotel accommodation was nice , swimming pools clean but the area was not kept clean and showers were slimy . For the first time in all my Greek holidays was I happy to return home . First beach/sea with no finish 🥺 great sunsets Expensive mistake
Disgusting place….AVOID
AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely awful place, place is dirty,yellow pillows mouldy shower curtains, dirty floors and walls toilet doesn’t flush, dead rats left around and not cleared up, no where near as advertised there is no privacy in your room if you’re a family. Food was mediocre and the day menu was left overs from night before. I would suggest they rewrite their website. French had a different coloured wristband to all other guests and are the only ones asked to join in pool games, night entertainment all in French. No respect from entertainment team, once stated to another family ‘the English are dirty’ it’s miles out from the town bus services shocking 20 min walk to a bus. Taxi £65euro each way,,,. The travel guy in reception wanted £175 euro as he charged €35 per person. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
Not a good experience
Stayed here for one night as flight was cancelled - it was not a good experience. I understand that star ratings in different countries vary and that the rooms may have been prepped for us at short notice but basic standards were lacking here. The room was not clean - the bathroom was dirty, floors not swept, there was a sticky substance on the bedside table, inside the fridge was disgusting! The mattress on the double bed (2 singles pushed together) was too big so overhung the bottom. The mattresses were not comfortable.
Breakfast food was completely cold and there was what looked like bird poo on one of the tables, which was dry so bad been there for some time and theg simply ignored it and laid the table.
Picture also included of the door for the women’s toilet which had a handle missing therefore I’m not sure how the door was cleaned.
The cleaner unlocked the door and walked into our room at 8am in the morning so clearly it had not been communicated that the room was occupied and it had not been cleaned. We asked her for some towels as we had one towel between the four of us but she didn’t seem to understand what we were saying and never came back!
The reception staff were not at all friendly. Maybe this is because we were not guests for the week but their attitude reflected very badly on the hotel. If you are thinking of visiting from the UK I would strongly advise you to avoid this hotel
