Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are definitely some areas where the hotel could improve. The room was clean and well maintained by the housekeeping staff, who did a fantastic job every day and were always friendly. We paid extra for a premium room, but it didn’t feel like one. It was quite small with twin beds, and the bathroom was in need of refurbishment. The reception staff were helpful during check-in, although we weren’t given any information about the hotel facilities, such as pool towels or other useful details, which would have been appreciated. One member of staff who seemed to do a bit of everything around the hotel, including maintenance, was especially friendly and hardworking. He was always happy, approachable, and made a positive impression. Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was exactly the same every day, and the hot food was rarely hot. After a few days, some of the fruit was starting to go off and the cakes had become stale. The fresh bread was always plentiful, which was a positive. The pool area also needs some attention. The pool appeared to be cleaned during the first four days of our holiday but then wasn’t cleaned again. By day seven, there was a noticeable coating on the surface of the water, which put me off using it. My biggest issue with the hotel was the policy around bringing your own drinks to the pool. ourselves and other guests were shouted at for bringing our own bottled water. If this is the hotel’s policy, it should be clearly displayed with signs stating that only drinks purchased from the bar are permitted. The way it was enforced was disappointing. The bar staff were unfriendly and regularly walked around the pool checking whether guests had outside food or drinks. On one occasion, they took a bottle of water from another guests open bag because it hadn’t been bought at the hotel and threw it in the bin. We were also disappointed with the arrangements for guests requiring a late checkout. We were told the only option was to use the spa facilities to shower and get changed before leaving. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a pleasant experience. The spa had no air conditioning, was extremely hot, and guests were only given a 15-minute time slot to shower, get changed and leave. After spending a full day in the heat before travelling home, this felt rushed and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, these issues created an unpleasant atmosphere, so instead of staying at the hotel in the evenings, we chose to make the 20-minute walk into town every night and take a taxi back. Overall, the hotel has some great staff, clean rooms, and potential, but improvements to the breakfast, pool maintenance, communication with guests, clearer policies around food and drinks, and a friendlier approach from the bar staff would make a significant difference to the overall experience. We also believe the hotel should review its late checkout arrangements to ensure they are applied fairly and consistently to all guests.

My friend and I stayed from 27th June to 5th July and we have had such a lovely time here at this hotel! The room was small but big enough for what we both needed, it was clean and they were always supplying toilet rolls when it needed to be topped up! The breakfast was lovely in the morning with plenty of choices available. The pool was just incredible, it stayed warm throughout the day which made it so easy for us to stay in the water!

The only downside I would say is that I am a vegetarian and I really struggled to eat anything decent at lunch time as 1. Their portions were massive and 2. Not many decent veggie options but also the staff kept getting offended when we couldn’t manage to finish our food off, not understanding that it was too hot outside as well as the portion being too big than it usually should have been.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Flegra resort and can't recommend it enough! The pool areas are stunning, with crystal-clear water perfect for swimming and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Our child absolutely loved it here — the kids' play area with swings, trampoline, and colorful playhouse made him feel right at home, and he spent hours happily exploring the safe, shaded gardens. The lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pools provided the ultimate comfort for lazy days in the sun. The food was exceptional — every meal was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options that satisfied the whole family, from local specialties to international favorites. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The gardens and grounds are meticulously maintained, creating a peaceful oasis surrounded by olive trees and vibrant flowers. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the evenings, with beautiful sunsets and a welcoming vibe that made us feel like we were part of a big, happy family. The rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely views of the surrounding greenery. This resort struck the perfect balance between fun activities for kids and relaxation for adults. If you're looking for a family-friendly getaway with top-notch facilities and genuine hospitality, this is the place! We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return trip in September.
