The people of Bali are among the happiest we have had the pleasure to meet and your choice of local agent - Marintur Bali - were the most helpful we have ever encountered and we have travelled with many company's. It's the first time that I have been so pleased that it has moved me to write. Marintur Bali agent on our departure was so good, he took care of everything right down to taking us through every procedure and putting of cases in and booking our seats. Again, many thanks to all.

Having never heard of Sunspot Tours before I was abit apprehensive about the whole thing. I am happy to say that my worries were unfounded, everything went smoothly and according to plan. Both fligths outbound and inbound by Malaysian Airlines with seat bookings done by Emily from Mercury couldn't have been better. We are writing to express our thanks for making our recent holiday to Bali so special. It was the first time we had booked with you and our first long-haul holiday. The experience was brilliant from the time we contacted your booking office. Your holiday advisor was very patient and helpful in discussing the options available and the holiday was tailor made for us. The flights and transfers were exactly as you promised and your friendly local representative Gugun Wijaya was waiting for us when we arrived and he stayed with us until we were safely booked into our hotel (rather than dumping us at the door like other holiday reps). The hotel was outstanding and the "All Inclusive" included everything you could think of, plus a few unexpected extras (like vouchers for spa treatments and water sports etc). The food and service was exceptional, and the hotel management and staff were delightful and genuinely cared about their guests. We completed our holiday with the Impressions of Bali Tour which far exceeded our expectations. We were collected from our hotel by Gugun Wijaya and our driver, who looked after us for the remainder of our holiday. We can't praise them enough, they were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made our holiday very special and although we thanked them, we would be grateful if you could pass on our comments to their superiors in Bali as they really do deserve to be praised. Overall this was the best holiday we've ever had. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure and we will certainly book with you again (and recommend you to everyone we know). Thank you. I am writing to you regarding the holiday I took on May 10th to Hong Kong and Bali. Reference above. The organisation of this holiday, from the date that the booking was made until the completion of the holiday, was superb.Our pre booked seats on all 4 flights were fabulous, exactly as we requested. The Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees in Hong Kong was very good, very clean, with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Perhaps a hotel closer to the heart of the city would have been nice, but the hotels shuttle bus service was very efficient. The included City Tour was first class in every way, with an excellent Guide and driver, a luxury vehicle, and only 4 of us on the tour. This enabled us to make the most of our days in Hong Kong, which we enjoyed very much.Then to Bali.An excellent flight and transfer. We were met at Denpasar Airport by Yeoman and Robin who were to be our guide and driver for any excursions we wished to take. We were greeted on arrival at the hotel by one of the managers, with chilled cloths and drinks to refresh us after our journey, and a gift of a lovely sarong for each of us which was very unexpected, and much appreciated.Our bedrooms were lovely, and fulfilled all of the requests we had made. Our meeting with the Mercury Rep was very helpful. She personalised the excursions by adding to, and takeing out, the parts that we were or werent interested in and, accompanied by our excellent guide and driver, we had 2 superb days of sightseeing. I cannot praise the staff at the hotel enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were so pleasant, helpful, efficient, and always smiling. As guests here we were made to feel very special. This was my first holiday with Mercury, and it was certainly overall, one of my best holidays. I am so looking forward to my next Mercury holiday at the beginning of July when I will be travelling to the Enotel Lido in Madeira, which again sounds like a very nice hotel. With many thanks to everyone who was involved in making Hong Kong and Bali such a special holiday.
